Hello! This is a one chapter short because I got a book a few days ago by Shannon Hale called "Once Upon A Time". It's about a few of the characters about to go to their 2nd year at Ever After High. There's Maddie, Cedar, Apple (again), Raven (again), Briar, Ashlynn, Hunter, Dexter, Darling, Lizzie, Kitty and THE Tale of 2 Sisters! I was pretty mad when Cerise wasn't there. So, I'm making one for her. Enjoy!
Ok, time to pack! Sigh. I wish I could take off my hood. I have to keep it on even at home because some relatives decide to visit, and they can't know. No one can. I went to my closet and packed my spare hood, my spare-spare hood, my spare-spare-SPARE hoodand my spare-Spare-Spare-SPARE hood. Did I pack enough? I hope so! I can't wear a dirty hood! It mucks up the shadow effect. I was about to pack my school stuff but I heard a riot outside my door. Every single time! Do the Wolf's and the Hood's EVER get tired of fighting?
"What happened this time?" I asked mum. She was in the kitchen baking some cakes. She makes the BEST goodies.
"I don't know sweetie." She said. "Let's go find out." We walked until we came amongst a gathering of Hood's and Wolf's.
"Why can't you stinking Wolf's just stay in the forest where you belong?" yelled a Hood.
"I'm sorry! I just can't resist steak!" cried the young wolf. "And yours was perfectly cooked too."
I resisted the temptation to imagine. It must have been so tasty… UGH! No! Think about something else. Um…. Cakes! Cakes, Cakes, beautifully decorated cakes!
"I spent 3 hours on that steak! That was to feed my family!" shouted another Hood.
I told my mum I was going to try and pack as I headed inside. As soon as I entered the house, my MirrorPhone rang. I wondered who it could be. I'm pretty much a lone wolf. I answered. It was Briar.
"Hey Apple! Are you ready for school?" she asked.
"I'm not Apple…" I said awkwardly.
"Oh sorry! Wrong number!" she said and she ended it right there and now. I sighed. With no friends to call my own, I spent most of my holidays testing mum's goodies, Basket Run trials and climbing trees. A couple minutes after Briar rang, Mum came in to tell me that we were to have another Basket Run trial. I sighed. This was going a long day. I straightend up my hood and went out.
If this were a real book, it would probably be a couple pages so it's not THAT short!
