-omg im really in the holiday spirit i know its only september but i already got my tree picked out. ok so many of you might not know who mina mongoose is but she was from the sonic comics just look her up on a art site or something. but shes there basically as an analagy for me and my friends. shes mostly how my friends would react to all this. all of them i think are basically in character, accept maybe silver. Also, if any of you have read my tdi fic, i will try to continue asap. anyway, hope you like it!
Amy lazed back into her blue beanbag, swaying away from the conversation. Sure, it was always fun to have her friends over, but the immediate conversation didn't interest her much.
"I mean, it's not like Christmas will wait." someone-probably Rouge- said. Amy shot up.
"Hey, you guys wanna know what I'm thinking?" she said.
"Maybe…..if we cared" shot Rouge. Amy stared at her. "Just kidding." She smiled slightly. Amy continued.
"I was thinking we should have a Christmas party!" The rest of the girls perked up.
"That's probably the best thing I've heard this whole conversation." spat Wave.
"That does sound great!" said Cream. The rest of the girls nodded in agreement.
"Ok," Amy said, grabbing the nearest pen and paper "Lets make a list."
By the time she was done it looked something like this:
Step 1:Shopping spree! Decorations, outfits, presents, tree
Step 2:Invitations
Step 3:Decorate, Bake, Cook in General
Step 4:PARTAY
"Partay??Who says that anymore?" Rouge scoffed.
"Um, me!?" Amy said, keeping herself under control.
"I say lets do it!" Cream chimed. "What do you thing, Blaze?" The purple cat froze for a second. Then smiled a little.
"Sure." She nodded.
"Ohh my gosh this is gonna be like so awesome!" Mina cheered.
"Ok, guys, so tomorrow is the 15th lets go shopping then." Amy said, excitedly.
"Sounds like a plan." Rouge said.
"Alright, if we're going to be shopping all tomorrow, we need to get some rest." Amy said logically. Everyone stared at her.
"Yeah right!" she laughed, pressing a button that emitted Jingle Bell Rock-the one by Aly&AJ- all over her room. They all bobbed their heads and talked excitedly about their plans.
