My name is Candy Thompson and I am 15. My name is Candy because my hair is blue and pink. My parents died when I was a baby so my grandfather takes care of me. He always told me of this place called SlugTerra. He told me thats where my grandmother was. He told me about the Shanes and how one of them was beytrayed by one of his best friends. He also had me make him a promise. A promise that I would not go to Slugterra till I was 14, so I agreed. I was 5 than and I waited 5 more years before I stopped believing that Slugterra was a real place. But the day I turned 14 was a day I'll never forget. My grandmother had come to visit us the day before and I was really happy when my birthday finally came. She said she would give me my present soon, I was confused but soon brushed it off as nothing. The next morning I was in the woods walking with my guitar and my messenger bag. I heard yelling and I took off running to see if I could help. Everything was fine until I tripped and feel down a felt like I was falling forever but I finally hit the ground. Exacpt it wasn't the ground it was a boy about my age.
