The REAL Reason Felix Jumped Off Venus Lighthouse
by The Pairing Guy
To Felix's horror, Sheba's fingers began to relax their grip on the precipice. "I'm slipping... I can't hold on any longer..."
"Nooo!" he hollered in desperation. "Don't let go! You can't! You'll..."
Sheba just smiled in acceptance. After all, what could a little fall do to a goddess? "Good-bye, Felix, and thank you."
She let go.
"SHEBA!!! No!" Without even thinking about what he was doing, he poised himself for a dive off the edge of the lighthouse. "Tomorrow is my eighteenth birthday! This is my last chance... my very last chance... to peek at a 14-year-old girl's panties without being considered a pedophile! I won't let it slip by! I won't!"
He dove off.
Sailing down face first like an eagle diving for prey, Felix's Venus psynergy pulled him through its connection to the earth, making him fall slightly faster than Sheba. In a few seconds, her image grew from a small white spot to a discernible figure. The two lower pieces of her robe flapped about her legs, and for one fleeting moment, they parted enough to give him a clean view of Sheba's panties.
They were purple.
PAIRINGSPAIRINGSPAIRINGS
"What the hell!!?" Garet gawked. "Felix just did a suicide dive!"
"I thought I heard him shout something just before he made the jump..." Ivan said.
"Could you make out what he was saying, Mia?" asked Isaac.
Mia blushed. "Er... Something about how he wouldn't let Sheba die."
PAIRINGSPAIRINGSPAIRINGS
The fall hit Sheba like a giant's hammer, tearing her from consciousness. Waves splashed at her face, occasionally pulling her under. The pain and cold and wet faintly revived her, but the shock was still too strong for her to come fully awake.
Yet even in this only slightly conscious state, she reached out with her mind read ability. She picked up the reassuring voice of Felix's mind. Though she could barely make it out through the haze, she could swear she heard him thinking three words:
"Totally worth it..."
