Being a head teacher has always been a weird thing for Fraser. He's always felt as if there's a stereotype he's had to conform to. Old, crusty, unoriginal jokes, and a lot of other things, really. Sure, he's probably broke a lot of the orders set by the department of education during his first term, but he honestly thinks he's done a good job with Abbey Grove. The youngest headteacher in the country's finally done something good, he thinks, without having to conform to a wretched stereotype. Sure, Abbey Grove's results aren't exactly great, but they're improving!

He's happy that teachers with generally a pretty shoddy track record are finally getting their act together, Alfie Wickers, mainly. Don't get him wrong- Fraser liked Alfie! And actually considered him quite a good friend! But things weren't exactly the same for Wickers once his precious special K left. Alfie never usually actually taught lessons, or hardly speak to any one in the staff room. Fraser decided he wasn't going to get hung up about anything like Alfie did. Every day was the dawn of a new day, and even more things he could do for the school.

He was a good headteacher, right? Different to literally any other within 10 places above him in the league tables, good jokes... A few great things, really. Fraser thought could do many good things for Abbey Grove, and he's already started doing them.
