Draco had a specific reason for his horrible mood. Oh yes, he was completely justified in storming through the halls and hurling insults at any who dared look at him for too long. He ignored their whispers and pointing fingers. In fact, he ignored everything except his own thoughts. His own murderous thoughts.
"Wonder who pissed him off." Draco turned to the quiet voice and snarled angrily.
"Even he's not usually that bad," another voice commented. "He's obviously on a mission."
Oh yes, Draco was on a mission. "Where's Harry?"
The Hufflepuff he addressed squeaked fearfully and avoided looking directly at him. "L-library," he stuttered.
"Who is he with?" Draco tapped his foot impatiently, sneering at the fellow classmate.
"His dorm mates," the boy answered, slowly edging away from the furious Slytherin.
Draco increased his pace, his glare only getting more furious as the time passed. He finally arrived at the library and opened the huge wooden doors with a bang, ignoring Madam Prince's angry exclamation. He stalked toward the table in the back where he could barely see the top of Harry's head; the top of Harry's head with another head. One that definitely didn't belong to Harry's little tagalongs.
"I would love to-"
"Would love to come with me." Draco interrupted, throwing a withering glare towards Dean Thomas, the school's resident flirt.
"D-Draco?" Harry blushed, clearly not expecting him arrival. "I was just telling Dean that I would love to study with him tomorrow."
Dean settled back in his chair and smirked. "Good, how about we meet in here around five for our date."
Draco snarled, clearly incensed. "Harry is mine, not yours! He will not be going on a date with you."
"For Merlin's sake, Draco!" Harry huffed, "It's not a date, we're only studying."
"Oh I assure you, I'll be studying, it just won't be our school work," Dean smiled suggestively then winked at Harry.
Draco clenched his fists and moved to grab his wand but Harry quickly interceded. "Would everyone just please stop," he said exasperatedly, standing up and moving between the two. "Dean, I was under the impression that we would be doing homework, and Draco, stop being so bloody possessive!"
"I have a right to be!" Draco snarled back. "I am a Malfoy, and no one takes what is ours. And you, Harry, are definitely mine."
Harry spluttered indignantly but Draco merely ignored him and grabbed his waist possessively. "I will study with you tomorrow Harry," he said superiorly.
Harry rolled his eyes at Draco's possessive actions but allowed him to lead him out of the library. "There's no reason to be jealous, Draco," he reproved once they were out of hearing distance.
"I don't like the way he looks at you," Draco said firmly. "Promise me you won't arrange any more private meetings with him."
Harry sighed but reached up to peck Draco's lips. "I promise," he agreed.
Draco smiled, instantly lighting up his gray eyes. "Good," he said adoringly before pulling Harry into a small alcove. "But just as a reminder…"
Harry quickly found his back against the wall as Draco bent forward and captured his lips before moving down to his neck. He harshly bit the skin the soothed it with tender kisses and licks, occasionally nibbling the spot. After a few seconds of this, he pulled away with a satisfied smirk and he observed Harry's blushing face. "So they can remember who you belong to."
Harry content face quickly changed to confusion as he reached down and felt his neck, "Draco!"
