I don't know how to deal with this

Something that can't be whisked away by a wand.

I'm truly surprised that the Muggles

Haven't noticed just how spoiled we are.

We have everything we could ever want.

Except a defense against the truth,

And the power to be free from society's wishes.

The truth is that I love you

And society wishes I didn't.

Well, defenseless, I face the truth

And powerless, I face society's wrath.

My love for you may never be accepted

But if you are with me, I really couldn't care.
