Dear Rory and Amy
You will never believe what has happened to me! I just met an alien. That's right. I've met another alien. And it was friendly! Not at all like those metal robots we met, Rory.
I was in America playing a round of golf because I had a bit of spare time. I bet you're both rolling your eyes at that but it's true. Anyway, I had just got a hole-in-one when I heard a big bang. It scared the life out of me, I nearly dropped my balls. And I mean my golf balls, Rory!
I turned around and there was a huge spaceship crashed on it's side. I didn't know what to do at first as I'm not an expert at this kind of thing like you two and The Doctor. Just as I was about to go over to it, a door opened at the base of the ship and three people came out.
One of the occupants was a teenage boy, one of them was an old man and the other one was an alien girl with red hair and skin. Even though I didn't know them from Adam, I immediately trusted them, especially the alien girl as she gave off a comforting vibe.
I was about to call for help when they all ran over to me and asked for help to fix their ship. Apparantly they were travelling over Earth when the engines failed unexpectedly so they decided to land in the nearest destination. Which just happened to be on the golf course I was at! What a coincidence, eh?
Of course I offered to help in anyway I could. You both know I'm good at the odd bit of DIY. I can see you shaking your head at that Rory, so stop it.
I was looking at the core of the engine to see what the problem was when the alien girl introduced herself as Eve, which I thought suited her. The teenage boy was called Sam and the old man was called Harry. They were both human. Eve knew that I could help as she said her race could read minds so she knew about my recent trip with you and The Doctor.
I didn't believe her at first. I mean do YOU know anyone who can read minds? But she proved it when she said things that only I knew about. No, I'm not going to say what she said.
I found out what the problem was. They had ran out of fuel, which Eve said was from a black hole. They said they had a spare tank of it, thankfully. Goodness knows where I would get black hole fuel from!
I poured the fuel into the ship untill the power came back on. The three of them were really grateful that I helped them. I amazed myself as I didn't think I was capable of doing anything like that.
They said I could go with them for one adventure but I said I couldn't. I couldn't leave you two, could I?
When I said goodbye to them, Eve said I could expect a lot of excitement in my life for now on. I think that was her way of saying thank you.
It was an amazing experience to see the spaceship take off. You should of seen it. Though I suppose you see that sort of thing all the time with The Doctor. No wonder you never want to return to normal life.
So, that was my alien adventure. I'm going to Paris in a couple of days so don't expect another letter for a few more weeks.
