Diary of the Lord Sesshomaru of the Western Lands
Day One
The human girl, Kagome, whom my idiot brother Inu Yasha spends most of his time with, handed this stupid human thing to me. I'm supposed to write the events of my day in this silly thing, imagine that. Well my days have become quite dull since I left Rin with a village. There's no little human girl to feed and protect from evil, no voice calling "Sesshomaru-sama" sweetly, no silly, albeit touching, questions, no one to occupy Jaken for me, and no one to play with Ah-un. Wait. Why am I writing in this?! I really should stop. It could be used to my disadvantage.
80 Years Later…
Rin has died, but my idiot brother-who-does-not-deserve-to-be-called-the-brother-of-the-great-Lord-of-the-Western-Lands has not. I wish they would switch places!! Crap. The page is wet. I mustn't let Jaken see this or he'll think me weak. But first I'll let it dry in the sun.
It has dried. After I left Rin with the villagers, I started to wander my own lands, but they're much too vast so I gave up after going a couple kilometers (1839 to be exact). Why I am I still writing in this ridiculous human thing?!
The Next Day…
I find myself writing in this book of sorts again. But there are no events to record except that I was recalling those happy days with Rin; when we first met, our adventures together, all those things. But they're much too saddening to record here…
50 Years Later…
Finally! Inu Yasha and Kagome are dead!! Ugh. I still remember when she called me "Onii-san". It still sickens me. Speaking of sick, I seem to have caught a slight cough. Hmm…I am getting pretty old. Unfortunately, I have no heir. Then, here is my will:
I leave everything I own, my lands, my title, my few belongings, to Ah-Un.
I hope Jaken will fulfill this will.
The Next Day…
Still haven't died. But most of the pages disintegrated so this is the last one. And this will have to be the last line.
