Yeah, so these guys are gonna be here from now on, I don't know how you convinced me to do that.

Simple, I did the sad puppy dog look, works every time.

Anyway, I wanted to do a short oneshot based on an emotion while still expanding on Sarena's character, sort of a family type thing. It just shows how close Sarena and her brothers are.

Camp

"I can't believe Master Splinter insists that I go to camp!" yelled Sarena. She was sitting in the back of the Battle Shell with Leo while her brothers drove her to a sleep away camp in Vermont. "He probably wants you to get use to the idea of being away from us, and it's only 3 weeks," said Don optimistically while driving. Leo, on the other hand, pulled Sarena closer to his plastron. He didn't like the idea of his precious little sister/ girlfriend being away for so long, but he wasn't one to openly go against his sensei's orders. Sarena snuggled closer to Leo. She hadn't been without at least one of her brothers near by for more than a day in all the 15 years of her life, especially Leo. Ever since Leo came back from his training with the Ancient One, he hadn't left her side for more than 2 minutes (besides school) and had no plans to.

"We're here," said Mikey sadly. The door of the Battle Shell opened and Leo (very reluctantly) let go of Sarena with a kiss on the cheek. "Be good Rena, we love you and you know that," he whispered. "We'll miss you sis," said Raph giving her a pat on the back as she stepped out of the Battle Shell with her stuff. "I'll miss you too," she said softly. Small tears just starting to make their way out of her eyes. Her brothers reluctantly shut the door with tears in their eyes and drove off with one last look at their precious sister. 'We'll find a way to bring you home soon,' they whispered over the mind link before shutting it leaving it open just enough to sense her emotions.

Sarena clutched her pendent and fell to her knees, crying as she heard that last promise. She was all alone now.

sweatdrops As I said this is based on emotions and with Sarena's fear of being alone. Plus it has a tiny bit of LeoxSarena in there.
