The Next Time Lord

This is my first fanfiction so please don't make fun of it, but if you have anyway to help with my writing then please inform me.

Doctor's POV

I sat in the new baby room Martha, and I had built from the extra guest room. I was rocking in our new pink rocking chair. I had asked if we could get a blue one, but Martha insisted since we were having a girl then we should make the room pink and purple.

I was rocking slowly back and forth looking at my little Time Lord. How could this happen...Well I know HOW it happened, but Why? Don't get me wrong I love my baby and Martha so much. I love Martha so much that I am going to propose to her with a ring I found on a planet were diamonds are mulch.

Martha walked in, and sat down in the fluffy purple armchair by The Doctor, and her 1 day old baby. "You know we still haven't made up a name for her yet", The Doctor said,"And I thought that we might call her Rose", He said avoiding eye contact. There was a little pause as Martha thought over it for a few seconds. "That is perfect I love the name Rose", She replied. "Good then, It's settled her name is Rose", The Doctor said as he stroked Rose's blonde hair. Martha got up, and picked Rose out of his hands. "It is time for her to go to bed, and for us to go to bed", Martha said with a big yawn.

The Next Day

The Doctor woke up from the smell of bacon. Today is the big day The Doctor thought as he walked into the kitchen? He smiled when he saw Martha whipping around the kitchen in her night gown. "I thought we should have a real meal today", Martha told The Doctor when she realized he was standing there."It's great he replied, but we better eat fast cause we have to go save the human race again", He replied.

A Few Hours Later

It was 8:00, and it was time. They had just gotten back from a mission, and he was going to ask her. "I have somewhere I want to take you", The Doctor said. Martha nodded her head as she went to check on the baby. She came back in the room, and The Doctor pushed a couple random buttons. Then the TARDIS came to a halt. The Doctor pushed the door open, and Martha gasped." We are going to have a romantic picnic on the beach of planet Zadora", The Doctor told her. Martha swooped The Doctor outside.

After there picnic The Doctor got on one knee and asked Martha if she would marry him? "YES", Martha yelled as she jumped into his arms!
