Harry was on board the Hogwarts express back to the Dursley's. He had finished his final year at Hogwarts….

He and Hermione had been having a relationship and he was going to miss her… she was going away to a college for the rest of her training, and Harry's future was still undecided.


I'll put blankets on the bed

Ron had already left with his brothers and his sister, Ginny. The two were alone by themselves sitting on the train. "I'll miss you Hermione." Harry said quietly.

"I'll write you once a week", she said

"I'll miss you too Harry." They sat closer together. It had been a good year. Gryffindor had won the house cup, and the Quidditch cup.

Harry remembered all the times that he, Ron, and Hermione had all their adventures, the troll, the Sorcerer's stone, the Tri-wizard Tournament, the Basilik, when they first found out about Sirius Black, he would miss her greatly when he left.

He thought about when they had first met, how at first, He and Ron had almost dreaded her coming into Gryffindor. Now, he was glad she was in his house. "Hermione?" Hermione turned toward him. "Yes Harry?"

"You do know that I love you?" Harry kissed Hermione on the forehead gently. He wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

He remembered when Hermione had gone out with Krum. But she had dumped him when she found out that he was going out with Lavender Brown too.

Harry had been there to comfort her, and together, they had created an inseparable friendship.

Harry's mind raced. What was going to happen when they both left for college? Would they ever see each other again?

Harry nodded eagerly. "Of course Hermione. I love you." Hermione beamed. The Hogwarts Express stopped. They both stepped out of the train. Harry hugged Hermione tightly and kissed her. "Hope you have a great time." Hermione nodded sadly. "I'll miss you so much Harry."

Harry walked over to his less than happy aunt and uncle and waved goodbye to Hermione as she walked away. His love was gone.
