著者紹介 (author's note) - Hello everybody~! Don't mind the Japanese thing, I just wanted to do something a bit different and fancy (besides, I need to learn Japanese anyway~). I'm new to this whole entire writing-yaoi fanfictions, because I usually just read them. Anyway, hope you enjoy, and yeah!
The Great Shoutmon rises!

"I'm so sleepy…" I said, dragging myself to my locker, than for class.
I yawned loudly as I walk through the school entrance. Same old flowers, same old streets, same old sky, same old weather, same old routine, same old school, and the best, same old friends.
"Oh Davis~" Somebody purred my brother's name. Instantly, I knew it was Kari.
I wonder why Kari is so...giddy this morning. Even she would be quiet! Kari Kamiya, Tai's little sister and Davis' senpai, was currently with my twin brother, Davis Motomiya, giving him light kisses all over his face. I hid behind a row of lockers, seeing what the heck Davis was doing to poor Kari. I glance and saw the back of Davis' head, and a bunch of roses. Did I mention that a wild red Kari has appeared? And since when was Davis romantic?
"Happy anniversary, Kari!" Davis exclaimed as he handed his girlfriend the roses: and a box of chocolates!
Now that there, would explain why he had asked me for some advice this morning. I turn away, letting them have their precious "moment", and heading towards my first period.
. . . . . . .
"Then you must multiply this to get this..." , the most infuriating teacher in my hall, talk on and on about who knows what.
I snore lightly as the teacher was speaking something about variables and other mathematical terms. I hate math. I always wonder why it's my very first class, not my second to last class because that's when I'm fully awake. I always pray she wouldn't notice me sleeping during her class, but today must be my unlucky day.
"DAISUKE MOTOMIYA!" I shot open my eyes, looking up at my furious math teacher who looked like she would petrified me at any second.
"Yes?" I answer with a grin.
"Daisuke Motomiya," she repeated my name calmly. "Could you please solve this problem?"
"Y-Yes ma'am!" I stood up and scurried over to the board, ignoring the giggles and little jokes.
It's almost scary that she's so calm.
'Um, we were talking about something with distributive property, right?' I mentally pulled at my hair.
Hey, give me some credit for remembering something we learned! The problem was simple looking: 3(11 - 24x).
"Daisuke, please tell me that you were paying attention." begged that she was right, but also that she was wrong, so she could give me detention. Not today!
"O-Of course I was!" I muttered, looking at the problem with unease.
I look behind me to see TK holding up his notebook, glancing at the teacher a few times. Wait a minute: he's showing me how to solve the problem!
'Good old TK!' I thought with happiness.
I glanced at it once then look back at the board. I wrote out the problem, Mrs. Lockwood giving a blank expression or some expression I couldn't read.
"That's… correct." She said, looking please that I actually pay attention, even though I never do.
Yes! All I did was write "33 - 72x". I gotta repay TK later. I grab my stuff and left math class, with the most biggest grin plastered on my face.
. . . . . . .
"Hey TK!" I said as we left the last period to go to lunch.
TK stop, then turned around.
"Yeah?" He tilted his head a bit, probably confuse at what I wanted to tell him.
"I couldn't say thank you earlier so... thanks." TK look really confuse for a minute, than he understood what I was talking about and laughed.
"You're welcome, Daisuke! But seriously, you should've known that problem." TK mentioned, trying to keep a straight face.
"Oh, I know." A few seconds of silence fell over us like a sudden storm. Soon, we were both laughing like we just heard the most stupidest thing in the world. But it was over when I heard something beeping. It was coming from my pocket! Quickly, I grabbed whatever was beeping, which was my D-Terminal, and clicked on the mail.
"What is it, Daisuke?" Though it was uncomfortable, TK looked over my shoulder, reading what I had just received from Izzy.
"It's an email from Izzy. He says that he needs to see us right away." I push TK's face back so I can have some personal space again.
"Tell him we're on our way." TK said while giving me the evil eye, though it had no affect on me whatsoever. "Right, twinkle toes." I text Izzy back, TK huffed in annoyance, then we head off towards the computer lab.
. . . . . . .
"Hi everybody! Sorry to call you before lunch but, it's very important for you to know this." Izzy happily said as he pulled out his handy-dandy laptop, with no sweat.
Me, TK, Davis, Kari, Yolei, Cody, Ken, and the older digidestined, except for Joe, all gather in the computer lab, all wondering why the heck Izzy called us.
"Let's just get to the point then Izzy!" Davis said, crossing his arms and growing impatience. I notice Tai scolding him with a stern glare.
"Alright, alright…. If you care to look at the screen," Izzy gestured towards his laptop, opening up a few files here and there. A map then popped up. "A portal had opened in the park just a few minutes ago."
Now everybody was focus on the portal.
"Izzy, do you think that the portal is connected to..." Matt started, but he didn't need to finish it.
"The Digital world? Probably." Izzy finish for Matt, a blank look in his eyes.
Wait a minute: If that swirling pool is a portal to the Digital World, maybe I can see V-mon and Wormmon again... As everybody continue to chat, I sneak behind the laptop and quickly connected my D-3 to get a map. A small ding was heard, signaling that it was done processing. I took it out and sneakily left the computer lab.
Matt's Point of View
As we chatted away, I notice a certain google head missing from the group: Daisuke had disappear.
"Hey, has anybody seen Daisuke?" I ask with a bit of concern. TK looked at me, then at the spot Daisuke was just in.
"He was just here a minute ago..." TK muttered, trying to grasp the reason Daisuke wouldn't be here.
"Maybe we bored him to death!" Davis butted in. I rolled my eyes at the brunette.
"Or," Izzy looked at his laptop. "he plugged his D-3 into my laptop to get a map of the location of the portal." Silence hung in the air. Slowly, everybody started to panic.
"WHAT HAPPENS IF HE TRY TO GO THROUGH THE PORTAL TO SEE IF V-MON AND WORMMON ARE ON THE OTHER SIDE?! WHAT HAPPENS IF HE ENDS UP LIKE-" Tai continued to rant on and on about the worst possible scenarios. I slap him, silently saying, "Get a grip, Kamiya".
"Thanks Matt." Tai rubbed his now slightly swollen cheek, grinning cheekily.
"No problem Tai," I look back at the group. "Anyway, if he did do what Izzy said, then we might as well send someone after him."
"Matt's right. Maybe Davis should go after him." Sora suggested as Davis went from panic mode to selfish mode.
"NO. I got more important things to worry about." He refuse angrily, shaking his head.
"Davis, you're being selfish. And besides, this is your twin brother we're talking about!" Yolei bellowed at him.
"HE CAN TAKE CARE OF HIS SELF!" Davis shouted back with more anger.
I stared at them while Tai looked at his little sister to stop Davis. Surprisingly, she said something but, it wasn't what we expected.
"Davis' right Yolei. Daisuke can take care of himself." Kari sternly said, giving Yolei the "I-dare-you-to-say-anything" look.
Yolei was about to burst open. Lucky for us, her boyfriend, Ken, and best friend, Mimi, held her back.
"GUYS!" We all stop fussing and look at the usual quiet Cody, red as a tomato. He must be very anger.
"While we are here arguing, Daisuke could have went through that portal, and who knows, he may be lost forever! Don't any of you care?!" Cody shook with rage.
We all went quiet and all of our anger faded away as Cody continued his little speech,
"And as for you, Davis, he's your twin brother for crying out loud! What could be more important than your own flesh and blood?!" Davis was now stuttering, trying to form a sentence. Cody didn't wait for an answer.
"Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going after my friend." He finished before stomping off. We all then felt horrible but mostly Davis.
Daisuke's Point of View
I had shortly arrived at the park while taking a break from running. I look to my right to see a swirling green, yellow, and dark green portal.
That must be the portal Izzy was talking about. I walk forward, looking at the portal curiously. My D-3 was beeping like crazy. I heard a faint voice calling for me.
"Daisuke! Daisuke it's me! V-mon!" The faint familiar voice echoed in my head. That must be him…
"V-V-mon?" I felt tears of joy appearing as I walk closer to the portal, inch by inch, reaching my hand out for V-mon.
"Daisuke! I'm so glad it's you! You must go through the portal, for another world need you!" Okay, so now I'm a bit confuse, and shock.
"M-Me? Why me?" I choked. I can't just leave this world for another world!
"Because... I told them how you could help them! And besides, you'll only be gone for a little while!" V-mon made it sound so inviting and yet so long…
I hesitate for a moment. I should think about this… But my mouth had already moved on it's own, "Alright. I believe you, V-mon!"
Before I could even go through, I heard somebody yelled,
"WAIT!" I spin around to see Cody.
"Cody? How did you..."
"Never mind that! Please, don't go through!"
"W-W-Why? V-mon's over on the other side!" I shouted at him, holding back a lot of emotions.
I can't just stay here, letting the opportunity to be with V-mon and Wormmon be lost, never to be found again. Cody blinked a few times before asking,
"Why do you wanna go over there?" I sigh before I cleared my throat, choosing my words carefully.
"Because, V-mon told me that another world need me. I'm not much of help here anyway. And beside, it'll only be for a bit!" Cody turn from worry to relax.
"Daisuke, you're very much of help here! And everyone will miss you dearly!" He is right, but I feel like I might find something in this other world.
"Than... Tell everyone I said goodbye." I was about to leave for good until Cody grabbed my hand.
"Wait." Cody's grip around my wrist loosened a bit as he looked at the ground.
"Hmm? What is it?" I ask, a bit worried that I made him upset or angry.
"... I can't believe I'm saying this but... go to that other world!" My eyes widen in confusion and surprise, but I still smiled.
"And don't forget to come back home." He added quickly.
"Don't worry Cody. I will!" We both smiled then he let go of me. I gave him a small wave before going into the portal.
Cody's POV
He's gone. He's really gone. Davis and Matt are gonna kill me. I stared at the now missing portal, remembering how I couldn't stop Daisuke from leaving… but letting him leave anyway. I turned around slowly, going back to the computer lab.
As I enter the room, everyone was expecting Daisuke to be trailing behind me, saying how much of an idiot he was. But I just look up at them with a sad look. Everybody expressions turn from happiness to sadness.
"I'm sorry everyone... I really am." I said in all honesty.
"It's okay Cody, as long as you have tried to take him back." Tai said, smiling sadly when he patted my shoulder.
"Yeah..." I hate lying but, I think they would hate me if I told them the truth.
Daisuke's Point of View
I slowly had woken up to shouting. Really loud shouting.
"I-I'm sorry Shoutmon!" A familiar voice squeak with nerves.
Huh? Who's Shoutmon? Whoever that is, they match their name! I decided to act like I'm still asleep.
"It's alright V-mon..." This Shoutmon said with a sigh. V-mon?! I knew it!
"Just so you know, we have visitors that are humans as well so, this is ok-" Shoutmon was cut off by V-mon jumping happily around,
"YAY! THANK YOU SHOUTMON!" I decided that this was the time to wake up. I groaned as I sat up, rubbing my head in pain.
"He's awake! Daisukeeeeeee!" I felt somebody hug me then look down, seeing my blue headed friend,
"V-MON!" I hugged him tightly, happy that I'm finally with V-mon again!
"Where's Wormmon?" "He's back in the village! Speaking of village, we must show you the village!" Then V-mon looked at this Shoutmon guy. "If that's okay with Shoutmon." Shoutmon nodded of approval, making V-mon drag me all the way to the village, Shoutmon tailing behind.
"Hey V," V-mon look at me with some concern.
"Yes, Daisuke?"
"You look different." I pointed at him, with a straight face.
"I do?" V-mon look down at himself.
V-mon had some scars here and there, but mostly on his head. A scar was visibly over his eye, something I'll have to ask about later. Around his neck held a dark red scarf, and banagde wraps around his arms. V-mon also had a black belt around his waist.
"Huh, I guess I do," Then he took a good look at me. "and so have you! Even your digivice has change into the legendary Fusion Loader!"
I gasp and fumble with my "Fusion Loader", seeing as my before D-3 was easier to grab and much more round then straight. I look down as well, to see how much I have really changed. I wore the same flame jacket, but it was more of a vest, with a white furry hoodie attached to it. The bottom of my vest was ripped. I had a black short sleeve shirt with a big gray stripe across the middle and two blue-purplish smaller stripes on top and bottom of the gray stripe, and darkish purple sleeves attached to the shirt, but rolled up. I had fingerless gloves that were dark purple with gold buttons on the knuckles and a gold wrap around the wrists. I had brown shorts and the same orange and white shoes with messy blue socks.
"I guess we've BOTH changed!" I exclaimed at my new looks.
"Mhm!" Then V-mon stop dragging me.
"This is the Village of Light! A.K.A, the Forest Zone," He pointed at a small village in the distant. "But you rather see it up close then from a far! Right?" Before I could ask what the heck is a zone, and reply to his statement, he is already dragging me.
"Here we are!" I sigh of relief as V-mon stop in his tracks, letting go of my now red wrist.
"I still got a bunch of questions," I started while rubbing my wrist.
"Maybe I should just ask two. One, what the heck is a zone?! And two, how did you and Wormmon get here?!" V-mon looked at me with a sly smile.
"Due to a cataclysm some time in the past, the Digital World was split into 108 "Zones", mini-worlds separated by a featureless expanse that most Digimon are unable to travel through on their own. The Code Crowns for each Zone bestow complete dominion over that Zone, as well as the ability to travel to other Zones. It was revealed that the Digital World was originally one area until it was broken up into different zones." He paused. "Or that's how Shoutmon explained it to me." He then continued. "And to answer your other question, we too went through a portal, for Shoutmon did the same thing I did to you." All that escape out of my lips were an "oh". V-mon's smile grew wider.
"Now you must meet the Red General!"
"EHHHH?!" V-mon started to drag me AGAIN into the village.
Shoutmon, who was late, yelled, "HEY! WAIT UP!"
Mikey's Point of View
I wonder what was taking Shoutmon so long to come back to our going away party.
"Hey Mikey," I turn my attention to Angie.
"Yeah?" I answered.
"Do you think there is another human here?" Angie looked a bit down, fiddling with her fingers.
I shrugged my shoulders. "Honestly, I don't know. Probably." Angie sighed of annoyance. She must really miss home.
"HEY MIKEY!" I look behind me, seeing V-mon, the same digimon we met earlier, dragging something behind him. Then I saw Shoutmon tailing behind, panting and breathless.
"H-Hey Mikey. Sorry for the delay!" Shoutmon rubbed the back of his head while nervously looking at V-mon.
"You guys remember V-mon? This is his partner, by the way. His name is Sasuke."
"It's. Daisuke." The said boy corrected, gritting his teeth.
"Right, right, whatever." Shoutmon waved Daisuke off, sighing.
"WAIT A MINUTE!" Jeremy skid across the dirt, holding one finger up. Then he stop, and pointed at Daisuke.
"IS THIS A HUMAN I SEE?!" He bellowed, not caring about our ear drums.
We all sweatdrop. Angie's face then lit up, showing joy and happiness.
"It's a miracle! And he's a guy!" Angie said. Daisuke looked at her as if she just told him that aliens exist.
"And? What's wrong with being a guy?" He said, crossing his arms, pouting and glaring at Angie. For a boy, he have a noticeable feminine side.
"Nothing's wrong! I'm just saying." Daisuke rolled his eyes, his arms still crossed. I cleared my throat, deciding that now would be the best time for introductions.
"My name is Mikey! And those two are Jeremy and Angie." Daisuke looked at Angie first, then Jeremy, and smirked.
"This girl is Jeremy and the boy is Angie, right?" We all sweated a bit as there was an awkward silence. Angie looked as red as a tomato while Jeremy looked piss.
"HEY! DO I LOOK LIKE A GIRL TO YOU?!"
"I'm sorry but, I'm wearing goggles." Daisuke removed his goggles, showing his chocolate brown eyes.
He looks totally cool and perfect, from head to toe. Especially when his burgundy hair matches his eyes very well.
"ARE YOU BLIND? I knew wearing goggles would make you blind! MIKEY, GIVE ME YOUR GOGGLES!" Jeremy got held back by Angie before he could even grab ahold of me.
"Hey, man, that's an insult to me. Goggles are cool." Daisuke pouted as I felt blood rush to my cheeks.
"Say, do you have a Fusion Loader?" I said while quickly changing the subject, for I don't know what the heck is this warm feeling bubbling inside my stomach.
"Yeah. I normally had a D-3, which was dark red, the second generation of digidestined use. But for some reason, it change to a Fusion Loader, all dark red." He held it up, showing that he was telling the truth.
"Woah, woah, WAIT. Second generation? So you're saying-" Daisuke cut Jeremy off.
"I'm not from this world or your human world. I belong in the second world. This must be the fifth or sixth. Me and V-mon and my other partner, Wormmon, went through the same portal, ending up here." Daisuke explained to us.
"...ALIEN!"
"SHUDDUP JEREMY! HE'S NOT AN ALIEN!"
I sigh. There they go again. Daisuke, being entertained by their behavior, watch them bicker back and forth.
Shoutmon then shouted, "HEY!" We all turned our heads towards him.
"Shouldn't we get ready for the party?!" He tapped on his wrist.
"Oh yeah! I almost forgot myself!" V-mon chimed as he let go of Daisuke, who apparently now have a red wrist underneath the gloves.
"Then lets prepare V-mon!" Shoutmon said triumphantly.
"Right! I'll go get Wormmon!" Then V-mon disappeared inside the building. This should be fun.
Daisuke's Point of View
Now we are all around a bonfire, us humans sitting on a nice comfortable carpet. A Lilymon was doing a dance while the drummers were drumming their drums.
I stuffed my food, giving some of it to Wormmon and V-mon. Wormmon has changed too. He even have a scarf like V-mon, just with less scars.
"Hey Daisuke," I look at the person who was calling my name. It was Mikey, I believed.
"Yeah?" I answered with a bit of unease.
"If you've been to the Digital World before, how did you get home?" I was surprise and not surprise that he asked that question. I thought for a moment, still eating this sweet bread.
"Well, the same way we entered the Digital World except-" I stuff more bread and swallowed it down quickly. "-we have to find TV's in that area we're in, point our digivices at the screen, and say "Digi-Port". It sounds kinda weird but, anything is possible in the Digital World."
"I see." He then looked up at the stars. It looks like he's in deep thought. A few moments went by in silence, but as you may know, I can't stay to stay still or quiet, so I asked him something.
"Say," He turned his attention towards me. I saw something flicker in his eyes but, I ignored it. "How did you get into the Digital World?"
"Well," Mikey began. "Shoutmon was calling for help so, I followed his voice and found him in an alleyway. He was glitching badly and I wanted to help him. Then, the world went white and this Fusion Loader-" He pulled out a red Fusion Loader. "Appeared. Expect, it was all white. A voice asked me if I wanted to save my friend so I said of course. Then we went through a portal, like you did, and here we are." I looked back at Angie and Jeremy, who were talking to each other.
"I'm surprise that they made it this far without a digivice." I turned my head back towards Mikey, who gave me a soft chuckle.
"I guess," Then he grinned. "Doesn't matter. We're going to be leaving after the party."
"WHAT?!" Everyone stopped talking and dancing and looked at me weirdly. I glared at them, which made them go back to what they were originally doing.
"Anyway..." I looked back at the confuse dark green orbs. "You can't just up and leave like that from this. You have a purpose of being here if Shoutmon called you for help."
"I guess but, I feel pretty bad about dragging my friends into this." I frowned deeply but sighed.
"Guess you have a point there." All of the sudden, a certain nosy red digimon squish his face next to Mikey, completely acting as if I didn't exist.
"Cool huh? When it comes to hospitality, this is the place to be at!" He paused to squish his cheek to him more. I kinda felt frustrated and needed some air.
"...I'm just gonna be over there." I quickly had gotten up to my feet and scrambled far away from the village.
Shoutmon's POV
Yeesh, what's his problem? I got more important things to worry about!
"Come on, admit it! You've never seen anything like this in your world!"
"Well, you do throw a good going away party." Mikey said with a bit of disturbance in his voice. One word. UNBELIEVABLE!
"Huh?!" I said with "confusion".
"And it is pretty nice of you guys to give us such a bash before we go." YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!
"Wha-?!" I backed away from him. "You're not really still planning on going home..."
"Well, I still feel pretty bad about dragging my friends into this," He looked at me with a serious look. "so first thing tomorrow morning, we'll be hitting the road and heading back home."
ALRIGHT, THAT'S IT! I only got one option left. I quickly grabbed him before saying what I have to say.
"You gotta hear me out! There's something you don't know about going on here! There are other humans here fighting against evil, just like you've been doing!" I said with a bit of drama, just to be sure he stays.
"Huh?!" I better be knocking some sense into him or so help me...
"In order to win this battle, you gotta stay here and fight alongside us! Digi-Fuse is the key! We need you on our side, Mikey, or we will stand no chance! We can't do it without you!" I literally was begging for him to stay.
"Wait- If Daisuke is here to fight evil then…" Yes, please stay with Daisuke! "-we need to go to him and ask him to help us go home!" WAAAHHHHH! I better get to Daisuke first! I quickly ran to where I last saw Daisuke, hoping he would convince Mikey to stay.
I saw Daisuke sitting on the end of the cliff, doing absolutely nothing. PERFECT!
"Daisuke!" I smiled and waved at him, walking over to him casually.
"Hmm? Oh, hi Shoutmon." He said with a dull tone, looking at the stars.
"Listen, I need your help! I need you to make sure Mikey stays!" I explain quick and easy.
"But why? If Mikey wants to go home then, let him go home!" Daisuke sigh a bit at the end. wonder why…
"But that's the thing! They're coming to you for your help!" HA! Daisuke couldn't possibly know how THIS digital world works!
"Well... I sort of know one way to go home..." He admits.
DAMMIT DAISUKE NOT HELPING! "No! We need him here! Digi-Fusion. Is. The. KEY!" I shouted as he looked at me with shock written all over his face.
"Hey Daisuke! Are you over here?" It's Mikey! WHAT DO I DO?!
"Hey Mikey, over here!" I think I lost all of the red in my face.
Daisuke's Point of View
"PLEASE DAISUKE, DON'T HELP THEM AND DON'T LEAVE MIKEY! HOW ELSE WILL I BECOME THE DIGIMON KING?!" Shoutmon wailed as he grabbed Mikey's leg.
"You becoming king?! Look, if this is just about you then I'm sorry but, you're on your own!" I looked down at Shoutmon who was actually trying to make us stay…
Now that I think about it, he reminds me of somebody that I thought was selfish, but was really kind-hearted deep inside. I could see Shoutmon getting more angry inside. I had to do something!
"Hey, wait a second Mikey." Here goes nothing. "Hey, listen, maybe there is more to it then Shoutmon becoming King. Maybe he wants to protect somebody or the world from evil. You can't always judge a person by their looks or words. Trust me, I did it before and it turned out, he was doing it for the better good. You judge them based on how they act. And Shoutmon here, if he would tell us instead of shouting, might be able to tell you the real reason why he wants to be King." I paused before sighing. "But then again, I might just be wasting my breath here." I got up from where I was sitting and walk right passed them.
"Oh and uh, I don't think Shoutmon is the one being selfish here. Just think about it." And with that I walked away. I could see hurt and confusion in their faces. I quickly sped away. I know, I sounded too wise that even I didn't recognize myself! I hope they understand what my wise side was saying.
The next morning
"Nice knowin' ya! Goodbye!" Dammit it Shoutmon, it's too early in the damn morning for that.
"We can defend our zone all by ourselves, anyway!" After we saw the three kids leave, I heard the star say,
"Guess they're really gone for good."
"Oh no!" I gave Shoutmon a confuse look. Then, I understood when he started banging his head on his speaker.
"I really blew it this time!" Shoutmon said to himself with anger. Ouch.
"Hey! Look who's on the other end of the forest, on the horizon!" That looks bad.
"Dang it. That's Madleomon's army and they look ready to attack." Shoutmon's face paled a bit. These guys must be serious!
"Wait!" I shouted as everyone stared at me. "so you're saying... Mikey and the others are gonna walk right into them?!" I panicked.
"Pretty much." The star said as I gritted my teeth in anger.
"NOT ON MY WATCH! V-mon, Wormmon! Lets do this!" I grabbed my Fusion Loader.
"Right!" Then off we went to find the others.
. . . . . . .
"I don't see them! Do you?" V-mon asked as we walked through the foggy forest.
I cupped my hands are my mouth and shouted, "MIKEY! ANGIE! JERE-" I bumped into somebody and heard,
"Hey, you okay?"
I look up to see a blurry human figure. "Mi...key?"
"Wait, Daisuke?!"
"THERE YOU ARE!" I said as I hugged him then quickly let go, blushing of embarrassment.
"Listen we're not here to stay okay?!" Angie yelled as I glared at her.
"Shut up! I wasn't here for that! I was here to warn you about Madleomon's army! Who is, I recall, heading this way." I glared at Angie. She's annoying, just like Kari…
"Daisuke! Watch out! V HeadButt!" I got hit by V-mon and also dragged along the others.
"What was that for?!" Jeremy asked.
"It's Madleomon! He's here!" V-mon said as Wormmon quickly came over. I grabbed Wormmon and started to run, everybody else following me.
"Now I'm really annoyed!" We heard Madleomon grunted as we ran even faster.
"I got a bad feeling that they ain't finish yet!" V-mon said as we all hid behind trees.
"Ssshh... Hear that?" All of the sudden snakes started to swarm the place.
"KEEP RUNNING!" Mikey yelled as we started running through the forest. Then the three suddenly disappeared when I stopped in front of the earthly wall.
"Hey where'd they-?!"
"AAAHH!" I got squished by everyone as I felt my ghost slipping passed me.
"Ouch..."
"GET THEM!" We all quickly scramble to our feet as we had no where else to go.
"COME ON YA STUPID THING!" I said as I whacked my Fusion Loader. "COME ON!"
All of the sudden, bright light appeared as it shined on Wormmon and V-mon.
"Is this my chance to digivolve?" I muttered to myself as they both now shined light green and light blue.
"V-mon digivolve to..."
"Wormmon digivolve to..."
They both grew bigger as they both had wings and more muscles. V-mon now looks like a dragon with white torn wings. He now had fingerless gloves along with scars on his arms. He had his scarf around his neck except bigger now. He's still had his brightly lit colors and now holds more fire power! Wormmon on the other hand looks like a big bug but more brighter. His scarf had disappeared but he received a scar around the neck.
"...XV-MON!"
"...STINGMON!"
"Alright! The guys are back and ready for action!" I fist pump the air as MadLeomon looked startled.
"WHAT?! DIGIVOLUTION?! IT CANNOT BE!"
"That's right you big old mean pussycat! And I brought some back-up!" Out of nowhere Shoutmon jumped above everyone and held off the first snake.
"It's... It's Shoutmon!" Mikey exclaimed as the dust had cleared up.
"He's come to help us?! Even if I was so mean to him."
"Yeah, I'm here, thanks to Daisuke! You didn't think I could really turn my back on you, now did you?" Mikey looked like he was the happiest kid on earth- and digiworld.
"Thanks, buddy." I smiled at the sweet moment but soon frown as I forgot where I was at.
"Alright! XV-Mon, Stingmon, show me what you got!"
"X-Laser!" The "X" on his chest glowed as it emits an energy wave and hits the first snake. Hard!
"Spiking Strike!" For Stingmon, a whole bunch of spikes appeared and all at once, shot at the enemy.
'I wonder if we could DNA digivolve...' I thought before somebody grabbed my hand and pulled me upwards.
"ACK!" I open my eyes to see Mikey holding my hand. I felt my whole face turn crimson as I slowly, and gently, let go of his hand.
"Hehe, um, thanks, I guess."
"No problem." It was awkward for a few minutes before Angie said,
"Hate to break it up since it was sweet but, Shoutmon needs help!" Stating the obvious, Shoutmon began to struggle along with XV-Mon and Stingmon.
"Shoutmon!"
"XV-Mon! Stingmon!"
"Ram Slammer!" We heard someone shouted as we saw a big blue digimon slam into the first snake.
"Rock and Roller!" Shoutmon shouted as he use his speaker to slam it up against the first snake.
"Hey! Look up there!" I pointed at Madleomon, who seemed to be falling and heading right into the snake pile.
"It looks like he's absorbing Orochimon's data!" Then, Madleomon fused himself with Orochimon, making him Madleomon [Orochimonmode]!
"This looks really, really, really bad." Jeremy cowardly went behind Angie, trying to avoid being a target.
"Way to go on stating the obvious, Jeremy." I rolled my eyes.
"Enough arguing! We gotta help them somehow!" Mikey said as he look at the digimon fighting for us.
"Look! They're okay!" I said while pointing at the four digimon. Stingmon was holding one digimon while Ballistamon was holding the other.
"Thanks guys!" Shoutmon and XV-Mon said as they plunge themselves at Madleomon.
"You think you could just slither in here and mess with us-" Shoutmon started as he helped up his speaker. "You've got another thing coming!" XV-Mon finished for him before they attempted to hit them but, Madleomon strike them like they were pies!
"SHOUTMON! BALLISTAMON!"
"XV-MON! STINGMON!"
"If I don't suck it up, and get back in there..." Shoumon used his arms for support as he attempted to sit up. "I'll never become the Digimon King. . . And if I can't do that. . . Who else will protect all my friends in our village?!" I grin sheepishly as I look at Mikey and Angie.
"Told ya! Don't you kids know anything?" Then I remembered my two digimons.
"GUYS!" I slid down to the now two rookies and looked at them both. "How come this feels like it's my fault... Again." I glance at Shoutmon and Ballistamon, who were still badly damaged.
I quickly had gotten up, and stood in front of them, arms spread out.
"Leave them alone Madleomon! Just because you're stronger, doesn't mean you have change! It doesn't have to be this wa-"
"SILENCE HUMAN!" He wagged his tail against me, puffing almost all the air out.
"Pathetic little human. I'll just get rid of you first!" He lifted up his tail again, ready to attack.
"DAISUKE! LOOK OUT!" I felt life flash before my very eyes.
Mikey's Point of View
I gotta do something, and fast! I know, my Fusion Loader!
"You've got some serious back-up!" I grabbed my Fusion Loader, ready to do some fusing! "...Shoutmon! ...Ballistamon! ...Digi-Fuse!" A loud explosion was heard as I couldn't bare to watch it. But then again, I could.
"You were warn- Huh?!" We all looked at the dust that was now clearing up to see a new and improved digimon.
"Digi-Fuse?! How'd you do that?!"
"Like I'd tell you! Anyway, you've got a bigger problem to face now! We're ShoutmonX2! That means I've got more power than ever~!" He teased the last part as he was still holding onto the tail that he almost hurt Daisuke with.
"Do it! ShoutmonX2! Show him who's boss!" As ShoutmonX2 held his tail, he lifted it up, and pulled, making Madleomon slip and tumble backwards.
"Oh wow!"
"Man, I wish I could do that!" Madleomon had sit up a bit, making two of his snakes aim at ShoutmonX2, who dodged every single one of them!
"Nice try! Missed me! Too slow!"
"Wish I could do that too!" Jeremy added as Angie agreed.
"His speed is incredible!" As ShoutmonX2 faced Madleomon, he too prepared an attack.
"Say hello to my Fusion Fist!"
"Are you so delusional that you think you could defeat me just by fusing together?! You need to learn your place!" Madleomon's snakes had surrounded him but he hadn't payed attention to one thing.
"You need to pay better attention!"
"To what?" ShoutmonX2 had a sling wrapped around his legs, so he can bounce back faster, making Madleomon all tied!
"You just got yourself all tied up! See ya." As he flung back, Madleomon hissed.
"I CAN'T LOSE TO YOU! AAAHHH!" Madleomon's screams were then muffled by his own snake trap.
"When they fuse, they're a real team. They both make up for each other's weak points." I stated proudly as ShoutmonX2 had agreed, "That's the real power of Digi-Fuse!" As he had said that, he had powered up an attack, aiming right at Madleomon.
"Sonic Tsunami!" A burst of blue light mixed with blue electric shot right at Madleomon's face.
"NOOO!" As Madleomon turned to data, ShoutmonX2 de-fused. A bunch of gold stars floated around, almost like confetti!
"We did it! Ha!" Shoutmon high-five Ballistamon, whooping as he watched the skies. Then, we made eye contact. I give him the old thumbs up.
"Nice!" He looked at me for a few seconds, then he to smiled and gave me the old thumbs up.
"Yeah!"
-Meanwhile-
"How?! Those Digi-wimps never possessed that kind of strength before! Bet those meddling humans had something to do with it. They will pay. RETREAT!" As Madleomon had walked away, everybody else was celebrating, being watched by the Black General.
"A red Fusion Loader. This is getting interesting." With that, she too had walked away from the scene, making her present unknown.
