Natsuki Kuga was having a nightmare, so she was thankful, when it was time to wake up. She got out of bed. She looked at her hair, which had become a big mess, because of all the tossing and turning, that she did during her sleep. She figured she'd ignore that, until she finished getting ready for the day. She got on a bathrobe and started heading to the bathroom.

Natsuki's dad walked by and asked, "Are you planning on taking a bath?"

Natsuki answered, "Well, I am wearing a bathrobe, not a hallway-robe."

The dad replied, "There won't be any bath water, for the rest of the month."

Natsuki had a confused look on her face, while asking, "Why?"

The dad answered, "I thought that water was a waste of money, so I decided to not pay the utility bill. However, your mom convinced me that the water is needed, so starting next month, I'm going to be paying for water."

Natsuki asked, "What am I supposed to do, until the month is over?"

The dad casually answered, "It's only a week, so it's no big deal. Besides, people waste too much money, when it comes to buying cleaning products."

Natsuki sighed and headed back to her bedroom. She changed into a green shirt and pair of jeans. Her hair was still messy, so she figured it was time to fix it up. She grabbed a hairbrush and started brushing her hair. After several minutes of brushing, Natsuki looked at her mirror and saw that her hair was still messy. She thought it was a hopeless case, so she started heading to the kitchen.

Natsuki started opening a box of cereal. Natsuki's dad sighed and asked, "What are you up to?"

Natsuki answered, "I was just going to eat breakfast. Is that a problem?"

The dad shook his head and said, "No, eating is moderately important. However, saving money is one of the most important things. You can eat some cereal, but don't push your limits."

Natsuki asked, "How much am I allowed to eat?"

After thinking about it, the dad said, "A couple of handfuls."

Natsuki asked, "Can I have some milk?"

The dad sternly said, "Four drops, no more."

Natsuki asked, "Four drops? That's barely anything." She put for drops of milk into her small amount of cereal. She ate her small breakfast. After a few minutes, she had finished her breakfast.

The dad looked at Natsuki and noticed she looked upset. Although he was a greedy, immature guy, he did care about Natsuki. However, he was so subtle about it, that it was hard to tell. He asked, "Are you okay?"

Natsuki answered, "To be honest, I'm still pretty hungry."

The dad replied, "Listen, as your dad, I want you have to have the best possible life. However, in order to make that a reality, money needs to be saved. Since you tend to behave, I might start letting you have eight drops."

Natsuki sarcastically responded, "You're incredibly generous."

The dad thought Natsuki was being serious, so he smiled and replied, "I do what I can."

Natsuki tried to forget about what happened by going back to her bedroom and giving her girlfriend, Shizuru Fujino, a call. Natsuki had a shy tone in her voice, while saying, "Hi Shizuru."

Shizuru replied, "Hi honey. How are you?"

Natsuki responded, "Not the best, but let's not focus on."

Shizuru replied, "Hold on, my lovely Natsuki. When you have a problem, you know I'm going to solve it for you."

Natsuki always appreciated Shizuru's desire to help her, but sometimes, it made her feel like she couldn't handle her own problems. In order to have some pride in herself, Natsuki decided to say, "Shizuru, I appreciate your kind offers, you know I always do. However, I'm going to be okay. This morning hasn't started off well, but I think things are going to get better."

Shizuru replied, "Aww, you've become more optimistic. You used to be so pessimistic, but it's okay. No matter what you are, I'm always going to love you."

Natsuki responded, "I'm always going to love you back."

Shizuru said, "We should hangout. Come by my house, when you're ready."

Natsuki replied, "Okay then. For now, I better get going. I love you."

Shizuru responded, "I love you too."

After getting off the phone, Natsuki looked at a picture frame of Shizuru, while saying, "Shizuru, you are the thing in life, that I can always depend on. I love you more than anybody or anything. I hope we'll always be a couple. I feel so shy about speaking to you, that I can't say these words to the real you. Instead, I'm talking to a picture frame."

Natsuki turned around and saw that her mom was in her bedroom. A big blush came upon Natsuki's face, while saying, "Mom, what are you doing in my room?"

Natsuki's mom answered, "I'm sorry if I'm intruding, but your dad was concerned about you."

Natsuki facepalmed, while saying, "You saw me talk to a picture frame, didn't you?"

The mom replied, "I tried to not look, but it caught my attention."

Natsuki said, "I probably look like a dork, don't I?"

The mom shook her head and replied, "No you don't. You're eccentric, but that's a good thing. Your dad's a very eccentric man and that's one of the main reasons, why I got married to him."

Meanwhile, Gonna Getcha walked to Natsuki's house. In recent months, Gonna Getcha had become Natsuki's arch-enemy. He was a sinister bank robber, who dressed in a black suit and had an absurdly long mustache. He knocked on the door.

Natsuki's dad opened the door. He hadn't seen Gonna Getcha before, so he didn't know who he was. He asked, "What's going on?"

Gonna Getcha answered, "Greetings, Mr. Kuga. I'm a very dignified and rich businessman, who often travels around the room. I have an interest in finding the finest of items, so I often go to various places."

Natsuki's dad got excited, while hoping that Gonna Getcha would buy a bunch of his stuff. He said, "I have so many things, that I could sell you. I'm not known for having the finest of stuff, but I think I can blow your socks on."

Gonna Getcha put his hand on the dad's face, while saying, "That's nice and all, but there's one item, which has captivated my interest."

The dad asked, "What is it?"

Gonna Getcha pointed to Natsuki's blue car and said, "That thing has caught my eye."

The dad replied, "It's a pretty good car. It belongs to my daughter."

Gonna Getcha asked, "You and your daughter use separate cars?" The dad nodded. Gonna Getcha asked, "Isn't that a waste of money?"

The dad put his hand on his chin and said, "You make a good point, whoever you are. Natsuki's been wasting a lot of money, by using her car, instead of borrowing mine."

Gonna Getcha pretended like he cared about the Kuga family, while walking closer to the dad and said, "I really like helping families in need. Since I'm such a wealthy businessman, I often buy items from poor families. Because of that, I want to buy that nice car."

The dad replied, "For the record, I have lots of money. However, this family needs more money, so I'm going to sell Natsuki's car."

Gonna Getcha responded, "This is excellent news. I'll give you ten-thousand-dollars, for your daughter's car."

The dad looked thrilled, while saying, "Okay then." Gonna Getcha handed the dad ten-thousand-dollars, that were actually play money. He went into Natsuki's car and drove away.

The dad was so excited, that he put on some ballerina tights and started dancing in the living room. Natsuki and her mom had confused looks on their faces, while asking, "What's going on?"

The dad answered, "I got ten-thousand-dollars, because I sold the blue car."

Natsuki folded her arms and angrily asked, "You sold the car, that I bought, with my own money?"

The dad stopped dancing and said, "I'm afraid I did."

Natsuki could hardly believe what her dad did. She said, "I know you love saving money and all, but you can't sell my car."

The mom looked at the dad and said, "You should of known, that you can't sell our daughter's property, especially her car."

The dad replied, "I know I didn't make the noblest of decisions, but I think things are going to be okay. After all, some guy gave me ten-thousand-dollars."

Natsuki looked at the bills and said, "This is play money. Who stole the car?"

The dad answered, "Some guy, who dressed in black and had a silly mustache."

Natsuki replied, "Gonna Getcha's the one, who took my car. You let my arch-enemy steal my car."

The dad responded, "Well, that's something I'm not that proud of." Natsuki angrily started walking out of the house.

The mom followed Natsuki and asked, "Where are you going?"

Natsuki said, "I'm going to take the bus, so I can get to Gonna Getcha and get my car back."

The mom replied, "I can give you a lift."

Natsuki said, "I appreciate the offer, but I feel like I've been relying too much on others. If I want to prove my self-worth, I need to do what I can."

The mom replied, "I believe in you."

Natsuki responded, "Thank you."

Natsuki waited a few minutes, for the bus to come. During that time, Shizuru called Natsuki. Natsuki answered her phone and said, "Hi Shizuru. What's going on?"

Shizuru replied, "I was wondering when you were going to visit me."

Natsuki responded, "My morning's activities turned out to be longer and harder, than I thought they'd be. Because of that, it'll take me a while."

Shizuru had a concerned tone in her voice, while asking, "Is everything okay?"

Natsuki tried to retain her calmness, but she wasn't very convincing. She said, "Everything's going to be fine. I'm not doing that bad. I've been through some hard stuff, but you shouldn't be worrying about that."

Shizuru replied, "Natsuki, I can tell you're dealing with a lot, aren't you?"

Natsuki sighed and responded, "You can say that."

Shizuru replied, "Well, I want to cheer you up and raise your spirits."

Natsuki felt she lacked self-worth, so she still turned down Shizuru's offer. She said, "Your sentiments are greatly appreciated, but I'm going to take care of myself, I'll visit you, after I've handled this situation."

Meanwhile, Gonna Getcha drove to a bank. He broke into the bank. He twirled his mustache, while facing the bank's employees and saying, "Greetings, employees. I'm Gonna Getcha, the world's most infamous bank robber." He paced around the bank, while saying, "I have quite the reputation. When I want something, I'm gonna get it. Several people have tried to stop me, while others have done the understandable thing, which is to give up." He had an evil smile on his face, while asking, "What are you going to do?"

One of the bank's more heroic employees said, "We're going to bring you down."

Gonna Getcha replied, "If you think that's the case, how about you bring it on? I'm gonna get you guys to the ground, but using my amazing skills." He started punching and kicking the employees. He jumped on some of the employees and knocked them to the ground. He did an evil laugh, while laughing to the vault.

After robbing the bank, Gonna Getcha started putting his money in the blue car. Yuuichi Tate walked by and said, "That's a really nice car."

Gonna Getcha had a smug smile on his face, while replying, "It sure is."

Yuuichi took a closer look and replied, "Hold on, this is Natsuki's car."

Gonna Getcha asked, "What are you talking about?"

Yuuichi said, "I really like Natsuki, so I often drive by her house and look at her car."

Gonna Getcha whispered, "Stalker."

Yuuichi said, "I can tell this is Natsuki's car. I know you're Gonna Getcha, so I'm assuming you stole her car."

Gonna Getcha replied, "You could say that." Gonna Getcha twirled his mustache, while trying to think of a new idea. He figured he could have Yuuichi get blamed for the car robbery, by giving the car to him. He tried to have a genuine smile on his face, while looking back at Yuuichi, and saying, "I know how to help you."

Yuuichi had a confused look on his face, while asking, "What are you talking about?"

Gonna Getcha explained, "You want to be Natsuki's hero. By returning her car to her, you can accomplish that." He handed the key to him and said, "Go be Natsuki's knight in shining armor."

Yuuichi tried to look heroic, while replying, "I'm going to do that." He took the key and started driving the car.

Gonna Getcha paused and thought of something: He left the money in the car! He started chasing the car, while saying, "I need to get the money back."

Natsuki faced Gonna Getcha and replied, "I'm gonna stop you."

Gonna Getcha responded, "First off, I'm the only one, who's allowed to use the words gonna and getcha. Second off, you shouldn't be putting the blame on me. After all, Yuuichi's the one who's driving your car and has the bank's money."

Natsuki replied, "Don't try to give him the blame. I know you're the world's sneakiest bank robber, so I'm not going to be tricked by you."

Gonna Getcha tried to look menacing, while saying, "You better watch out Ms. Kuga, because when I have an enemy, I'm always gonna get them."

Natsuki confidently replied, "You've never stopped me and that's not going to change."

Gonna Getcha stubbornly responded, "You're incredibly wrong, when it comes to that. I'm one of the craftiest criminals of all time, so you're going to face my ultimate wrath." He did an evil laugh and started kicking Natsuki. However, Natsuki started punching him. Gonna Getcha was over thirty years older than Natsuki and he didn't train as hard as she did. Because of that, Natsuki had better fighting skills and kept winning fights.

Meanwhile, Yuuichi wasn't a very good driver, so he accidentally crashed into a few mailboxes. After several minutes of almost crashing into cars and causing accidents, Yuuichi decided to take a break. He drove to the bank and parked the car. He got out of the car and saw that Natsuki had defeated Gonna Getcha. He walked up to her and said, "Excellent work."

Natsuki looked at him and replied, "Thank you."

Yuuichi handed her the key and said, "I'm returning your car."

Natsuki replied, "The bank's money is also in there."

Yuuichi responded, "Oh my."

After Natsuki gave Gonna Getcha to the police and returned the bank's money, Yuuichi ran up to her and said, "Maybe we can go on a date or something."

Natsuki shook her head and replied, "I'm afraid I can't do that. There's only one person I want to date. She's the best part of my life."

Yuuichi's clumsy antics gave Natsuki's car some bumps and scratches, so she took her car to a nearby mechanic. After the mechanic took a good look at, Natsuki asked, "How long will it take, to fix the bumps and scratches?"

The mechanic casually answered, "Only a few hours."

Natsuki replied, "Very well then." Natsuki stood outside and was planning on waiting for her car to be ready.

However, Shizuru came by and hugged Natsuki. Natsuki looked at Shizuru and asked, "How did you know I'd come here?"

Shizuru answered, "I bumped into Yuuichi, who told me he wasn't very careful with your car. He also claimed, that you called me the best thing in your life."

A heavy blush came upon Natsuki's face, while saying, "I did say that and I do mean it."

Shizuru grinned and replied, "I couldn't be more honored." She kissed Natsuki. After a long kiss, she said, "I'll give you a lift. Come with me."

Natsuki replied, "That's okay. I'll stay at the mechanic's place and wait for the car."

Shizuru responded, "Honey, how come you're turning down my help?"

Natsuki replied, "Because I don't want to be a weakling. I want to be a hero. If I can't do anything by myself, I'm no hero."

Shizuru responded, "Natsuki, you're a wonderful hero. You've defeated Gonna Getcha, without any help. In fact, you've defeated dozens of criminals and most of the time, nobody was helping you. You can do plenty of things, on your own. That's impressive, but sometimes, you need to rely on others."

Natsuki thought about what Shizuru said and agreed with her. She said, "You make a strong point."

Shizuru gently picked Natsuki up and replied, "My job isn't to be your hero. One of my jobs is to remind you, that you're already a hero."

Natsuki responded, "Thank you, my love. You reminded me of who I really am and proved why you're my favorite thing in the world." Shizuru carried Natsuki in her arms and gently put her in her car.

Shizuru looked Natsuki and said, "I only ask one favor from you, my love."

Natsuki asked, "What is it?"

Shizuru answered, "No more frowns, for the rest of the day. I want to see your beautiful smile." Natsuki smiled at her. Shizuru smiled back. Natsuki kissed Shizuru, while never letting go of the smiles, that Shizuru always gives to her heart.
