"You're passed out in your Cheerio's" Helga said in an angry yet sad tone. "Mom where did you put my lunch box?" "It's some where in this house, I just don't know where I put...BANG! Miriam passed out again only this time she slid to the floor off the chair. Helga just rolled her eyes and yelled "I'm going to school now, oh and I am taking money out of your purse" Miriam just muttered incoherently.
Time Skip
Miriam Pataki was't always like this, she once had a dream of becoming an Olympic swimmer. But those dreams were smashed when she had a one night stand with her now husband Bob. She got pregnant with their first daughter Olga and she couldn't qualify for the Olympic team. Ten years after she gave both to Olga, she got pregnant again with Helga. Bob was furious that Helga was a girl. He wanted a son, he told Miriam after finding out Helga's gender to abort her but it was too late. So Helga was born despite Bob's protest. Miriam had a larger connection to Helga than Bob. He hated Helga and let her know every day as she grew up. She will never be like "Olga". Miriam mostly was too drunk to defend Helga and just stuck to complementing her eldest daughter. When Helga turned Five years old Miriam and Bob chose to try for another child, and of course Bob would want a boy. So she took the test and it came out positive. She told Bob not to tell Helga or Olga until they knew the gender. Miriam started buying more healthy foods like fruit veggies and grains. One day Olga was playing the piano and Miriam and Bob were praising her, Helga on the other hand was trying to tell everybody she was going to pre-school. Miriam saw her but was too wrapped up in Olga's showing off. Helga then took her lunch box and headed out the door. It was raining pretty hard when Helga got outside, she then proceeded to Pre-school. On the way a stray dog stole her lunch and she got splashed and covered in mud. When she got there she suddenly noticed it stopped raining, but wait its an umbrella. She looked to her right and there stood an adorable little boy with golden blonde hair and piercing green eyes. She was taken aback. They entered the school she looked at him and sighed lovingly. He was the first person to noticed how bad she felt. Back at the Pataki residence, Miram and Bob were still praising Olga for some thing or the other. Its was apparent that Miriam Bob didn't care for their five year old daughter. She even had to potty train herself because her parents were too busy mooning over Olga. And because she had to train herself she kept wetting the bed. Around Christmas time Miriam started to feel dizzy but she chalked it up to the excitement of the holidays. Her vision was becoming blurry, She went to get her glasses adjusted and it helped for a little while. The day had arrived when she wold see her baby's gender. She had to drive herself but it was a long way to her OB/GYN. All of a sudden she felt extremely dizzy and then she fainted... Behind the wheel.
