Author: This idea came to me and I didn't want to waste one minute to write it. Truth or Dare? Will still be active but I wanted to start something new. This story will have a supernatural based storyline but won't follow the show.

Warning: This story is rated M for a reason so if you don't like swearing or sexual activities then this is not the story for you.

I might want to start a schedule for my stories since I'll have so much free time for the next two months. I will also want to start another human Delena story in a week or two so comment or message me some ideas you would like to see. With that being said… Enjoy the story!

Prologue

1592

He ran as fast as he could as he made his way through the narrow hallway. Emily was right, he should've done something sooner. Now the whole world will pay for his mistakes. A loud crash was heard in the distance. How could he forgive himself for this? He let his emotions get in the way and now there is nothing he can do. He failed himself. He failed Emily. He failed his family. But most importantly, he failed the love of his life. And now there is nothing he can do. He was assigned to do one simple task. Yet it turned into more. It turned into love.

It seemed to get warmer and warmer the closer he got to the exit. Once he got to the door it seemed to be jammed shut. He took a few steps back as he prepared to bust the door open. 1… 2… 3… BAM! The door flew open. The smell of ash and the sound of people screaming for help filled the air. He cursed himself for letting this get too serious. He ran over to his beautiful black horse, Jasmin, and quickly bucked himself on. She neighed before galloping off to the castle. He prayed to himself that everything will be alright. Even if he didn't believe it could be possible himself.

Once he arrived at the dark stoned castle, he sprinted across the drawbridge and up the torch lit stairs. The sound of chanting was heard not too far ahead. Beads of sweat were running down his forehead which was unnatural for a vampire. Eventually, he made his way to the top of the tower. His heart beating fast and his breath slow. It had been centuries since he has been this fatigued.

He opened the door leading to the room she was in. Grateful that it wasn't sealed shut. There she stood in front of the giant hole in the wall chanting a unfamiliar spell. The hole opened to reveal the whole village torched to a crisp. She was wearing a velvety green cloak with a long dark purple dress under. Her hair was wavy and messy from all the fighting she had done. Her hands were turning white from strained position they were in. Her words getting louder and louder by the second.

"ELENA!" he screamed yet she didn't even flinch. She just went on and chanted her spell like he wasn't even there.

He ran over to her and spun her around to face him. Her face was wet from tears constantly pooling from her beautiful doe eyes. All the compassion and happiness that used live in her eyes had vanished. Now they were tired and filled with sadness. It pained him to see her like this. He wish he could help and make her feel better but he was here to end it once and for all. No matter how much it hurt him. He had to do what he was supposed to do in the first place five months ago. Before things got out of hands.

He pulled the wooden stake out of his boot gripping tightly on to the weapon he will use to kill his soulmate. A single tear fell down his cheek as grimaced at the pain he was feeling in that moment. She stood there still chanting looking him in the eye. For a moment he saw the girl he fell in love with. Here eyes casted down to the wooden stake in his hand. Her chanting stopped and a pleading look fell upon her face. He had to put on a cold facade for her. He couldn't let her know the pain he was feeling then.

She realized she wouldn't be able to stop me from staking her so she started to chant again. This time a different spell. She moved her arms back and pushed them out causing him to be pushed back against hard stone wall. She slowly started to walk over to him still chanting in a language he couldn't detect. A ring of fire surrounded him as he watched her try to hold in her tears.

"Please. Don't do this." He said hoping a piece of the old Elena would come back and save him. The fire grew bigger causing him to press his body against the wall. Elena stopped chanting and fell to the floor sobbing.

Just then the door flew open forcefully to reveal Emily. The fire ring around him disappeared which caused Damon to let out a sigh of relief. Emily then started to chant and Elena started rise. No one dared to challenge a witch as strong as Elena. Not even if you're Bennett witch.

"Emily, Don't! You'll get killed." Damon said as he ran over to Emily. Emily didn't take her eyes off of Elena, whose eyes were rolling back into the back her head.

"It's a risk I'm willing to take." She bellowed. "I'm not strong enough to kill her. But I am strong enough to erase her memory." The words stuck in Damons mind. Erase her memory…

"What parts?" He asked frantically. Emily still hadn't taken her eyes off of Elena.

"All of it. " She stated. "All of it? Even me?" Damon thought to himself. He didn't say anything. He didn't want to sound ungrateful. Emily's chants turned into a blood curdling scream. Her body went limp as she fell to the floor. Her dead eyes staring right at him. Although, Damons mind was set on something else. He ran over to Elena who also just fell to the floor. His hand cradling her head as his other hand stroked her soft face. Her eyes were sealed shut and heartbeat was fast. He finally let his tears run freely down his face as he whimpered at the thought of almost losing his everything.

425 Years Later…

Elena Salvatore. Where to begin… Probably the most stunning woman to ever exist. She's kind, caring, compassionate, and incredibly sexy. People either want to be her or want to be with her. Although, there is no luck for anyone in that department. Well, except her amazing husband, Damon Salvatore. Ever since they met they were inseparable. Both her husband and her have an intense secret. They are both bloodsucking vampires. They met in the year 1601. One day, Elena woke up with no memory at all. Damon declared that he had found her nine years before she awoke and had given her shelter. Right then, Elena knew she wanted to spend her life with him. She didn't know what it was but he seemed so familiar.

Elena's best friend, Bonnie Bennett, is a witch. Bonnie's mother was a friend of Damons in the 1500's. When her mother died he felt it was only right to take her in. She put an anti aging spell on herself so she would be able to live as long as she desires.

Elena's life is perfect. Nothing would be able to break that. Well, except for the fact that she was one of the most powerful witches of all time. As Emily died, she casted a spell to take away all of Elena's powers and stored them in an amber crystal that Bonnie made into a necklace to wear around her neck. As long as Elena doesn't have possession of the necklace, she will have no memory of her past life of the evil witch whose nature was to kill everyone who crossed her. If something were to happen to that crystal all hell would break loose.

Damon, Elena, and Bonnie all moved to New York City to get a fresh start in the 80's and have stayed there since. Yes, people noticed they weren't aging but whenever that happened they would compel them to not acknowledge it.

"Baby, do you know where my favorite necklace is?" Elena asked going through the drawers in her closet. "Can you be more specific? You have a million of necklaces." Damon retorted as he got up from the bed.

"The one you gave me with the silver medallion and the small ruby in the middle." She huffed as she looked through her jewelry box for what seemed like the fiftieth time. Damon went over to his wife's nightstand and picked up the necklace she was freaking out over. "Here." He laughed.

"How-" She began. "Night stand." He simply stated. Elena playfully smacked herself and giggled. "Would you?" She asked wanting him to clasp it. Damon took the necklace and wrapped it around her neck. They both stared at each other in the mirror as he clasped it. The necklace rested right above neckline of her royal blue cocktail dress.

"You look beautiful." He whispered in her ear. Elena smirked an turned to face her husband. "You look quite ravishing yourself, Mr Salvatore." She gleamed playfully poking him in the chest. Elena rose her hands to start playing with Damon's hair. "You know we could always stay in tonight. I could think of way more fun things to do than go to some stupid birthday party." He said with a mischievous grin on his face. "As tempting as that sounds, Caroline is my friend." The mention of Elena's friends name caused Damon to roll his eyes. Damon has disliked Elena's friend Caroline ever since he met her. She's always trying to get into people's business and has the squeakiest voice. "I feel sorry for whoever is her future husband." Damon teased causing Elena to hit him.

After a going over the rules of not feeding on the party guests, Damon and Elena made it to the venue that Caroline is holding her party at. Caroline doesn't know anything about her friend being a vampire and that's how Elena likes it. Damon never understood Elena's need to be normal but he respects it with some exceptions. He still likes to hunt down his prey once in awhile which she does too and they still use compulsion but only when needed.

"OMG you made it!" Caroline squeaked as she pulled her friend in a tight hug. Caroline and Elena met at work. They are both in the journalism career. Even though Elena did compel her way into getting a well paying job, everybody knows she deserves it. Her writing is the best of the best since she has had centuries of practice. "That's my cue to head to the bar." Damon said kissing Elena on her cheek goodbye.

After dancing and having some drinks they both decided to call it a night and head home. Once they got to their two storied condo they share with Bonnie, Damon wasted no time to get his hands on Elena. He quickly took them upstairs using his vampire speed to their bedroom. Elena pushed Damon onto the bed using her super strength. It may not look like it but Elena is a lot more stronger than Damon. After all, she is a hundred years older than him.

She got on top of him and crashed her lips on his moaning as he slid his hand up her dress. "No underwear. You naughty girl." He breathed as she unbuttoned his shirt. "Fuck." She moaned as he slid a finger into her. "Oh my god!" She moaned as he pushed his fingers in deeper. He swiftly shifted so he was on top now. He slowly started to rub his thumb against her clit earning a husky moan from her. "Please." She pleaded unbuckling his belt and shimmying down his pants. He added another finger in her as he curved his fingers into hooks. "OH MY GOD" Elena squealed as she came.

All of the sudden, Elena started chanting. She opened her eyes to reveal her eyes were rolling into the back of her head. A ring of fire formed around the bed causing Damon to sit up. "Fuck." Damon hissed not wanting this to happen again. "Elena!" Damon shook Elena which caused her to go back to normal and the fire vanished.

The Next Day…

"And she didn't remember what happened?" Bonnie asked shocked at what Damon just told her. "It's like she was possessed." Damon stated still in shock himself. "How did she perform magic?" She asked worriedly. "Because my necklace is…" Bonnie went to grab her necklace but stopped when it wasn't there. "The necklace… It's gone." Damon looked at her wide eyed. "What do you mean it's gone?!" He shouted but not loud enough for Elena to wake up upstairs.

"I mean it was on my neck yesterday morning and now it's gone." Bonnie stuttered. "I only took it off to shower. I must've not noticed that it went missing." Bonnie looked at Damon as he returned the look. "She has it." Bonnie choked. "She has the crystal. We need to get out of here."
