"I Am Not wearing that" Draco stated as he crossed his arms looking at his cousin.
"Why Not" Lily stated looking at the green and white tux she was holding in front of her.
"Because It's my birthday and I say so" Draco huffed at Lily's attempts
"well your not going out in your PJ's" Lily replied" And I am not wasting the reservations I made"
"I can't believe you made reservations" Draco exclaimed" its not like turning Twenty one is a big deal"
"Right "Lily replied as she laced the tux on the chair next to her" You had no objections when I turned twenty one last year"
"That was different" Draco called to Lily as she left his bedroom""Fine then I'll just have to tell Harry he can't come over then" Lily called back pulling the very card that would make him change his mind.

"Wow" Harry exclaimed as Draco made his way down stairs" Don't you look handsome"
"How much did Lily pay you to say that" Draco asked as he hugged Harry
"The same amount as always" Harry joked making them both laugh. Then they slowly made their way to the parlor where the sounds of whispering could be heard causing Draco to pull the doors open
"SURPRISE" Rang thought the room as Draco's friends sprang up from behind furniture
"II can't believe you" Draco stated as he hugged Lily
"I know" Lily smiled as she kissed him on the cheek" Happy Birthday
