A/N: This explains any delays in my Pokemon fanfiction, and what my future fics will be like. Okay? Please, do keep reading the rest of my stories.

Change of Mind By FallenPolaris

A single figure stood in the wind, looking forlornly at the crashing sea, the spray of the salty waves mingling with her tears. The warm glow of the sun was completely shrouded in the shadow of the rocky cliff. The yellow light was dulled and washed out beneath the sheer rock wall, bringing a sense of bitterness to the whole scene. A group was seen in the distance, their own shadows thrown against the rocks, broken and shattered images of the source. The simple darkness of the shadows was strangely more alive then the pale skin.

The lone figure looked up, her long russet hair waving in front of her golden honey eyes. The others looked at her expectantly.

"Hello," said the girl quietly, her voice peculiarly lucid, almost joining the sound of the wind and surf. "I have brought you here for a very important reason."

The youngest of the group looked at her, his black hair in his own honey eyes. "So… what is it?"

With an almost guilty expression, she glanced from face to face. The young boy who had just spoken, the fiery haired girl, and the tall, narrow eyed boy. The small electric rodent on the black haired boys shoulder and the creature in the girls arms both looked at her with the same intensity as their human friends.

"Bad news, guys." The 3 companions and their pokemon looked startled, looking nervously at eachother out of the corner of their eyes. "I… I can't keep writing for you like I used to. I've lost the enthusiasm to write for you and your series…. I just can't do it guys. I'm sorry."

FallenPolaris kept watching them, waiting for one of them to speak.

Ash finally spoke, a single word. "Why?" Their eyes pleading for an answer, the companions looked desolately at the fan fiction author.

Her own eyes downcast, FallenPolaris answered. "I…. I found another series to write for. It's called DragonBallZ, and I just got interested in it a few months ago. I'm really sorry though, I just can't look at Pokemon the same way again."

"Who will you write about?" Asked Misty.

Smiling slightly, FallenPolaris looked directly at the speaker, her eyes level with Misty's. "It's a character named Vegeta, and he's very interesting to write about. He's an evil sayian prince, yet he must fight alongside the "good guys." He's very "3-D" and angst is his best genre. I might also begin writing some yaoi, Vegeta/Kakarot, if I feel like it. Maybe even something about him being abused by Frieza. I always hurt my favorite characters, as you well know, Ash."

Scuffing his foot in the sand, Ash looked down. "Yeah… I hope Vegeta doesn't mind it. I guess…" Misty placed her hand gently on Ash's back, and Brock smiled.

"Don't worry though, I'll finish what I've started first. There may be some delay by loss of inspiration, but I promise I'll get it done, okay?" She looked at the companions, and each nodded silently.

"Goodbye, and… take care."

A/N: Hey guys, it's true. I really have gone over to DBZ, but like I said, I promise I'll finish the fics I have begun and I may even take some requests. Thanks for reading my stories, everyone. Remember, I promise.
