A/N: A bit Late for Valentine's Day, aren't I? Written simply because I was bored. First fanfiction post, please tell me if I'm doing it wrong. XD

Disclaimer: I don't own Vocaloid.

The Vocaloid household was surprisingly quiet on Valentine's Day. Miku had dragged Kaito out on a date and the twins had left to buy some groceries soon after. Luka and Meiko were downstairs enjoying the silence when there was a knock on the door. Meiko stood up.

"I'll get it."

Slowly, the brunette opened the door to find a small package at her feet. Examining the label, she turned back to the younger woman. "Hey Luka, looks like someone sent you a Valentine's gift."

Luka nearly choked on her coffee. 'WHAT?"

She runshed over to where the older woman was standing, picked up the small brown box and brought it inside. She studied the box and contemplated all the possibilities. The box was far too big for any type of jewelery and she doubted there was anyone who would send flowers or chocolates in such a box. And who was it from? Only the words 'Happy Valentine's Day Luka' were written on the label and the handwriting didn't resemble that of anyone she knew. A gift from a fan, maybe?

Reluctantly, she opened the box. Almost immediately after she saw the ribbon-adorned eggplant, she threw it against the wall and crushed it with her foot as it landed on the floor. Slowly she turned to the brunette standing behind her, who had been alarmed by her sudden fit of rage.

"Meiko. Bring me my sword."

'Wh-what?"

"There is a certain purple-haired piece of filth that needs to be eradicated."

Meanwhile the twins stood outside the window laughing uncontrolably. They'd get in trouble once Luka found out about their little prank of course, but it was definitely worth it.

A/N: Hurrah! You're still here. I bet you don't even read these things. Don't forget to R&R, tell me your favourite pairing, and also if you're interested in PJO, check out Nightworlder-HunterofArtemis' fics. She's the one who dragged me onto this site. (And I'm glad she did.)
