Hey guys! I did this for a book report and I just wanted to put it on here because I wanted to see if it sucked or not... SO yeah! R&R please! :D
Oh and the characters are WAYYYY OOC so yeah!

I didn't know what to do after Fang left. After I read the letter, I was devastated. I honestly didn't know what to do with myself. It had been at least three days, and it seemed like the Flock didn't even care. I was curled up on my bed listening to some the rain patter against the window. Then, I heard a knock on the door down stairs. I started to get up, but eventually I lied back down knowing that one of the kids or my mom would get it. I heard the door open and after that, silence. I got up, knowing that couldn't be good. I made my way downstairs, and who did I see standing in the door of my mom's house? That's right, you guessed it, Fang. I couldn't believe he had the nerve to just come right back. And I'm pretty sure, that he expected everything to be fine, like always, but this time, it wasn't going to be.
"Fang-" I started, but he interrupted me.
"Max, stop. Listen to me for once. I'm sorry I left. It was a jerk thing to do. I know that! But, babe, I only left because Dylan said I was endangering you and the Flock. Trust me; I did not think that through! After I left, I really had time to think! All I could think about was you! Eventually, I started thinking how wrong it was that I left and how stupid I was to believe Dylan. Maximum, I was acting on impulse, I didn't think. But I've thought now and all I want to do is be with you and the Flock! That's all I want babe and I hope you've been listening instead of spacing out! Maximum Ride? I need you. I know... I've never said that to anyone or even talked this much! Max, please believe me."
By now, I had tears in my eyes and I was basically stunned that he even talked that much. I merely nodded for him to continue.
"Look, I'm sorry. I'll beg for forgiveness if that's what you want. Max, I'm sorry!"
"Fang, I," I took a deep breath. "I understand that Dylan put the idea in your head, but honestly, you should've thought before you said or did anything."
"Max, I know, but I apologized!"
"That doesn't make it right, Fang!"
"I came back! Max, give me a second chance!"
"Uh, Fang, I don't know if you know this, but you had your first chance and you blew it because we fought. You had your second chance when you came back. Which may I remind you that you said you wouldn't leave me again…Not ever? So, technically, this would be the third chance you're not getting. Bye."
"Max, I love you." I turned around from the bottom stair step to face him.
"What?" I asked, stunned that he said it out loud.
"I love you. Let me stay, Max. I promise I won't leave you. Not in this lifetime."
"Okay." I answered him.
"Really?"
"Of course!" We met halfway and hugged even longer than we did on the beach that one time. Yes, it was probably the wrong decision, and there would be drama, but in the end, it was the right decision for me and my Flock, and that's what really mattered.

The End
