"Hey Wally, want a seat?" Asked a young teenage girl with dark brown hair. She wore a dark green apron with a black clover design over her light green shirt, blue jeans, and black boots.
"Yes, I mean no. Not really," answered the flame red-haired boy who usually playful, but the tone of seriousness concerned the female. "Take a seat on the balcony. I close the shop," she stared at him with green eyes filled with worry.
Wally's eyes widen, "You don't need to-"
"I don't, but in the end I will."
"But"
"No excuses, Wally" She said as she turned to inform the rest of the customers. Wally walked toward the balcony finding a seat and sat down, slowly.
The Lucky Clover is a worldwide organization of a café shop run by Clover and her siblings, but her older sister owns them until her sister becomes 18. The smell of coffee and sweet chocolate filled the entire shop as the pastries were displayed on the counter. The building is 2 stories high as the bottom floor is used for daily business and the top floor and balcony were used for customers with no rush of leaving the store, which usually meant some of the other Titians and reserved guests.
"What's wrong Wally?" She asked as seeing as he sat down slowly. Speedsters don't do slow. "Are you sick? Do you need food? Are you eating properly? Did something happen to Aunt Iris or Uncle Berry?" she started to ramble.
"No it's a girl."
"A girl?" Okay now she was confused. "Civilian or …"
"Villainess"
"Is she pretty?'
"Out of all the questions you can ask. You ask me that and she is amazingly beautiful."
"Yes I can, since one of my brother is a hero while my sister will blow up the planet with a single push of a button. By this time, I don't think nothing can surprise me. Did you know Sonics and Sparrow are finally getting officially married in August?"
"Really that's good."
"Yup. Charm is totally freaking out on whom to ask to come to the wedding. So I made the list. I invited all the Titans and heading to your uncles place to give them the invite," she announce happily. "So who is this girl you are so head over heels with?"
"Jinx"
"From the Hive?"
"Yes"
"So you fell in love with the Mistress of Misfortune. You guys would make a lovely couple."
"So you're not going to lecture me?"
"Do I look like boy wonder to you?" She laughed. "Tell Uncle B once you start dating."
"No, he would get to me in a flash to tell me how dangerous it would be."
"Or he would want to know the lovely lady you are dating. Trust me my brother would have my head not to mention my boyfriend's if I didn't told him."
"Wait you have a boyfriend?"
She smirked, "Confidential information."
"Really?"
"Yup. Make sure you ask her on a date I want to meet her someday. Now get going Barry is going to be here any minute."
"You do know that means he'll be here in an hour, late," said Wally getting up off the chair.
Clover looked at him and gave a soft smile as she took a rose out of the flowers centerpiece and handed it to Wally. "He wouldn't be Barry Allen if he wasn't."
Wally released a laugh as began to chuckle. He turned to wave a good-bye his female companion, and with a blink of an eye. He was gone.
"Do you think he saw you there?" Asked Clover out loud.
"Nope or he would have said hi. So what's this wedding you wanted me to attend."
"You, Iris, the twins, Jay, and Joan if you can. Oh my god I forgot I have to make another invite to Jinx."
"Already at it?" the red suit man walked out of his hiding place.
"Come on, Barry. Don't tell me you didn't see this coming. Ne- Flash."
