Lucius and Narcissa were sitting on the couch in their new house, watching an apparatus Narcissa's sister had bought them as a wedding present–a television, whatever that was. They were watching a movie called Notting Hill, "one of the most romantic movies ever!" Andromeda had said.

Narcissa was watching Hugh Grant declare his love for Julia Roberts with a dreamy look on her face, thinking back to Lucius courting her, their first dates, their marriage, their future together.

Lucius was looking at the screen with a barely concealed look of disgust on his face. Did these useless Muggles have nothing better to do with their useless lives than make pointless movies about ridiculous love?

But when he glanced down at his new wife and her smile, his features softened. Well, he thought, if it makes Narcissa happy, it might not be that pointless.
