Seventeen year old Lily Evans walked through the deserted Halls of Hogwarts watching for a first who may have gotten lost or a fifth year looking to play a trick on the cold hearted potions master or Peeves the cold hearted poltergeist who might try to play a trick on her. As she walked she began to slip into deep thought ignoring everything around her
*Why does he do this to me? Why does he tease me? And why am I even thinking about him?* She asked herself
^Because he likes you and if I'm not much mistaken, you like him to.^ A voice inside her replied
* I can't like James he so. rude.and we have nothing in common.*
^ Exactly^, the voice said ^ haven't you ever heard the phrase 'opposites attract'? . ^
* Oh shut up! * She told the voice * I do not like James! *
^ Fine don't listen to me, I'm just your heart! ^
* I don't care if you are the Dark Wizard Grindewald! I don't like Potter! *
"Uh Lily" Lily heard a voice behind her say "You are talking to your self" Lily turned around to see James
How long have you been standing there?" She half asked half yelled, "How much did you hear?"
"I heard enough to know u like me, either that or your going schizo" James told her, smiling
"I do not! And I'm not schizo either" Lily protested. James ignored her.
"I like you to Lily" He said walking over to her, He pushed her against the cold wall and pressed his lips to hers. James pulled away and suddenly something clicked in Lily's mind
* Oh my God, I like James Potter...the slimy git who thinks that he's all a girl wants. *
^ Oh just shut up Lily, and kiss the boy! ^
Lily leaned forward and kissed James back. Peeves who had been hovering behind them suddenly spoke up
"Awww, isn't that cute!" he said sarcastically. He dropped a water balloon on their heads and zoomed off cackling. Lily and James who had been ignoring peeves broke apart when he dropped the water balloon; James was staring at Lily with a silly Grin on his face
"Has anyone ever told you that you look very cute all wet?" Lily giggled and pulled James in for another kiss.
