Disclaimer: This is stupid…if I owned Alice Cullen and Jacob Black, would I be here?!
JACOB'S POV
"I can't see anything – the future's all blurry." Alice moaned, wrapping her tiny arms around her knees, curling up closer to me than I'd thought I was comfortable with.
Although, she didn't smell that bad – mostly the damp, leafy smell of the forest – she'd obviously been out hunting.
I snorted with laughter, and closed my eyes, "Maybe there's too much of me in it!" I warned playfully, grinning.
She giggled.
"Tired?" she asked, making it sound like a suggestion.
I was. "Dead bored too."
"I know how you feel…" Alice agreed.
I felt a sudden pang of sympathy for this Alice. However bad it was for me, watching Bella die, it must have been heartbreaking for her, because she was in the house every night and day, watching her fade away.
"I hate leaving Bella." I said, opening my eyes and turning to face Alice.
"She hates it when you're not around!" Alice told me.
"Really?" I asked, too brightly.
Alice narrowed her pixie eyes at me, "How much do you like Bella?" she asked, suspiciously. Damn…
'Too much." I thought in my head, but didn't respond aloud.
Alice reached out her hand, and it hovered over my huge paw.
"Oh – do you mind…?" she asked worried.
"No, it's OK." What had I got to lose, she was cute.
Her icy touch made me flinch, as her fingers, bony toothpicks on my arm, intertwined mine.
Though I wouldn't have admitted it, I enjoyed the feel of her hand on mine.
We sat in the still silence of the house for a few moments, listening to the pathetic human heartbeat upstairs, before I spoke.
"Where are the…Jasper and the Hulk?" I asked, their names leaving a bitter taste in my mouth.
She smirked, "Gone hunting with Carlisle and Esme."
"So we're alone?"
"Yep."
I turned my body to face hers. I looked into her eyes – big mistake. The toffee circles were magnets, I couldn't look away. They were pulling me in.
I placed my hand on the back of her neck.
She wrapped an arm around my neck. It barely reached the top of my shoulder.
"Alice…" I breathed.
"Kiss me, Jacob." She breathed, brushing her lips past my ear.
"We're going to be killed if they find out…" I pointed out, still ataring into her eyes.
"I'll say my prayers." She smiled.
And then I couldn't hold back any longer. Her foul odour and freezing touch meant nothing to me.
I was falling headlong into heavenly paradise - and I sure wasn't the poetic type.
As my lips pressed to hers, our tongues collided and I realised a very bad thing.
I was enjoying this.
Heck, she was no Bella…but she was pretty damn close.

Hope you liked it. It was supposed to be more…steamy…but it was less realistic then!
I'm open to all ideas and suggestions, so please do send me them!
P.S Check out my other story – you'll love it. Go on, it's only 245 words!
