"BLUE!" Hige yelled after her. Darcia attacked her first then waited for the wolves to make their move. Hige rushed to Blue's side. "Blue." He whispered to her. Then he turned on Darcia. "WHY YOU BASTARD?" "She was the human's dog, no?" Darcia answered with a smirk upon his face. "What do you want?" Kiba stepped in. "You." Darcia looked at Kiba. "Paradise should belong to me. And you will open it for me." "Never." Kiba said in a low growl. Cheza was sitting there next to Tsume. "You know that when you open Paradise you must be rid of all the things in your life that matter most to you? All the things you love. All of your possessions." Darcia stared hard at Kiba. "So what do you have to lose?" Hige looked at Kiba. "What in the Hell is he talking about?" Then he looked back at Blue. Blue opened her eyes and looked straight into Hige's. "I don't want to lose you Blue." Hige told her. Darcia attacked again. But this time it was towards Tsume and Cheza. "NO!" Kiba howled. But Darcia had reached them already. Tsume didn't even know what hit him. Cheza was knocked out cold next to Tsume. "Why Are You Doing This?" Kiba spoke through gritted teeth. "To get your attention white wolf." Darcia smiled. "To show you how it feels to lose all that you love." Darcia had a hard look upon his face. Then he struck again, Hige was his target this time. When Darcia finished he looked upon the white wolf. "Open it, now you have no reason not to. You can't lose something you don't have. Well that you don't have anymore." With those last words Kiba attacked Darcia. You could hear the tear of clothing, the blood fly. They fought until she spoke. "Kiba." Cheza opened her eyes and tried to sit upright. "Cheza?" "Kiba, this one wishes to help." "NO. You can't." When Kiba turned his head to look Cheza in the eyes, Darcia hit him hard. "You pathetic wolf. You let your guard down for a second a look what happens." Darcia looked over the fallen wolf. "Get up." "NO!" Darcia turned his head in surprise. Hige was running towards them, he went for Darcia's arm and took him down. Darcia recovered and pulled out his gun he aimed towards Hige. Blue jumped up in front of Hige. Darcia fired. "NO!" Hige howled. "Blue. Why?" Hige held Blue in his arms. "I wanted to go with you all the way. I am sorry Hige." "Blue." Hige whimpered. "I wanted to be by your side till the end." Blue slowly closed her eyes and began to fade away. "Hige." She spoke silently. "I love you." And with her last bit of strength reached up and pulled Hige toward her, and kissed him. Hige pulled back slowly; 'cause now he knew she was gone.
This is my first Wolf's Rain story so...I tried.... Wait for the 2nd Chapter...It'll probably be better.....
