A Prophecy Foretold

A long forgotten prophecy was foretold that when an entity is slowly waking from it's slumber. A warrior of light will fall like a shooting star towards earth with the powers of the Creator and would have the aide of the heroes of that land to overcome the trials before facing the darkness itself head on. The citizens of Adventure Bay however thought that the prophecy was false, until one night while a certain Lavender Husky and her owner was stargazing saw a human-like figure falling towards Adventure Bay's beach.

Ugh...my head where am I? I thought to myself before remembering where I was. Oh that's right I'm inside the portal access tunnel. on my way home. It's been three years since I somehow fell into a random portal and...well I'll just say it's been one crazy adventure. The first portal took to a place called Gravity Falls, at first I had NO memory on who I was like as if I was given a clean slate at a new life. Until I decided to investigate the strange buisnesses and...learning programs that I realized that I was foiling the plans of an evil entity called Chaos to destroy that world and others. He also "teamed" up with the wrong doers of that world, but I found the courage to defeat him while still having no idea who I was. On the other hand, after defeating his minions and stopping his plans another world opened up.
Which sent me to a kingdom called Mewni where I met princess Star Butterfly and her squire Marco Diaz. After doing basicly doing the same thing back in Gravity Falls, I found out more about me. Which led to recovering my memory and discovering that I am a soul gatherer, a human that is capable to gather the souls of fallen heroes, and I'm also capable of casting magic and use sorcery, FOR GOOD DEEDS!
Anyways, after saving their world and acquiring my belongings, even the actual attire that I was wearing, I'm finally on my way to my home world. Heh wait 'til here about this crazy I had, I thought. I acquired the strength to finally open my eyes. When I did, I saw my home world while technically floating in space. Wow...now I know how the astronauts feel when they see Earth while on a repair mission outside the International Space Station, I thought,"Okay now I HAVE to take a selfie right now," I said to myself.
I pulled my phone and instantly, while doing my classic piece sign and wink pose, I took the selfie. "Neat, I should send it to the people that I met along my amazing journey and thank them for helping me along the way," I said to myself. So I hit share and sent the picture with the captions," Hey guys I'm almost home. It's all thanks to Pacifica, Brenda, Wendy, Soos, Candy, Dipper, Mabel, Star, and Marco for helping this far and helping me get my memories back. Thank you all."
Without even checking the messages, which were all probably you're welcome or a heart emoji. I descended towards My home,"HAHAHAHAHA! Did you really think I would let you go home that easily!?" A random voice said. Just then a portal opened up revealing Chaos himself.
"Chaos, what are you planning now?" I asked him
"heh, I'm already done with my plan, Jack." he answered with an evil grin along with a laugh.
Before I could ask why, I saw my home world exploding into pieces. "NO!" I yelled. I couldn't believe it, the world I lived on, the world that I've worked so hard to return back to, gone in an instant. "Now, how about that. Sad isn't it? After everything I put you through just to get back to your home world?" Chaos asked.
"Sorry to say this, but my dear brother hasn't told you the full truth." Chaos said.
"Jack, don't listen to him! He's lying! " Creator echoed into my head
"Hmph, by now he's telling you to not listen to me, but I will tell you this. That world which I destroyed is not your home world." Chaos said
This comment from Chaos got me curious, not my real home? What does that mean? I wondered to myself then I asked," What do you mean by that world is not my true home?"
"heh, heh, it would be best if I'd just take you to your true home world instead." Chaos said.
And with that he pushed me out of the portal's pathway and out into space. With no oxygen to breathe I was yet again sent into a full body shutdown, not knowing where I was going or where would I end up. My name is Jack Storm and this is the story of how I saved my new home, made new friends, and found true love...somehow.
