Hiya ppls! This is a short song-fic that I wrote a few years back.
It's the second story I've ever written and the first and only song-fic.
I'd like to dedicate this story to my wonderful husband, Michael.

"As long as stars shine down from heaven
And the rivers run into the sea
Till the end of time forever
You're the only love I'll need"
Lying in bed, she smiles as she watches him sleep.
Not wanting to wake him, she gets up and puts her on robe.
Now, out on the balcony under the radiant light of the full moon,
she thinks of the times when they didn't have each other.
They were nothing compared to what they had now.
"In my life you're all that matters
In my eyes the only truth I see
When my hopes and dreams have shattered
You're the one that's there for me"
She sighs as she remembers their first meeting, their first kiss, and their first love.
She leans on the rail and closes her eyes as the wind blows through her hair
And carries a song, a song that describes them perfectly.
"When I found you I was blessed
And I will never leave you, I need you"

I'd be lost and so confused

With tears of happiness, she turns to go back to bed
A figure stands in the doorway; she smiles as he steps forward,
and wraps her in his strong arms.
