"Albert let me go" my mother screams and cries in fear as my father continues to hit her "And why Julia so you can see you boyfriend Joey...I don't think so". The blows are harder now I hear glass breaking and screams of my mother. My name is Craig I am 6 years old and this is my life. I live with my mother and father, Julia and Albert Manning. I may be young but I can hear what they say at night. I hear my mother scream in pain as my father abuses her..she is not alone in his abusive war path I myself is a victim of his hands. My mother is seeing someone else other than my dad his name is Joey. He treats her with the respect she so rightfully needs. I dream of a perfect life when me and my mother can run away from my father and be with Joey.
