A Shinigami, it's what you become when you commit the grave sin of suicide. Your duty is to retrieve a human's soul when it's their time to die, but how could I do such a job? I have no memories of my pass, yet they tell me to do such a thing.
I don't know what to do. I see so many souls float away but none that I should be concerned about. But deeper in the sea, by the crash, I get this feeling that it's near. It's dark with no trace of light but I see a boy, young in his teens, floating down slowly to the dark depths. He has Angel eyes but looked very sad.
He looked at me and said, "Are you death? I'm sorry, I cant give you my soul. Only one girl can take… or release my soul," and he sank to the bottom of the sea.
That was my first failed assignment. Ever sense I have lived with a curse and the smell of blood. But how an I going to tell her, the one I love, that he, her love, is dead, but what's even harder is the fact that she knows…

That was short, but I think it came out ok. I was hoping that it would be longer but it turned out pretty good. But remember I'm not updating until the following requirements are met.
