This is an alternate season 6. Brennan and Booth went their separate ways in five's finale and now they are back to help Cam.
"Welcome back Dr. B," Hodgins said.
"Bren! I missed you so much, but you should have seen Paris." Angela squealed.
"Nice to see you too" Brennan said hugging Angela.
Then in walked Booth. "Hey Bones just bringing over the files." Booth said.
"Ok thanks Booth," Brennan said. The rest of the group stared stunned at the way the picked back up where they left off.
Walking out Booth glanced back and said, "Love you Bones."
Angela's mouth fell open. "Goodbye Booth," Brennan said sounding annoyed.
"WHAT IS GOING ON?" Cam asked
"What?" Brennan said innocently.
"I think she was referring to Booth going Love you Bones," Hodgins said imitating Booth.
"Oh… That." Brennan said, "It is just an annoying habit he picked up in Maluku."
"Wait HE was in Maluku with you." Angela said finally able to speak again.
"Yes for about five months or so." Brennan answered making a hasty exit.
