LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT
Neji sat looking at the beautiful baby girl who looked up at him with his eyes and mother's face. He thought to himself, "This is the second time I have fallen so in love in such a short period of time.
FLASHBACK
A young man sat in the shade of a tall sakura tree meditating. When his sparring partner slowly crawled to where he sat. "Tenten," He thought.
He thought she was beautiful. She had it all… brains, charm, talent, work ethic, and looks. He was so passionately in love with her he was starting to go insane with need and desire.
"Neji," said Tenten quietly.
"Hn," muttered the Hyuga just loud enough for the beauty to hear.
"Do you believe in love at first sight."
He thought about this for a moment. "Yes."
"Who is the lucky girl."
"Well…" began Neji with a smirk. "She is beautiful and talented. "With amazing work ethic and grace."
Tenten started sulking. "I have heard enough."
Before she walked off Neji got a firm grip on her small wrist. "Let me finish. "She is the most amazing girl I have ever met."
Tenten was holding back tears. And Neji gathered all of his courage.
"And she is standing in front of me." Then he pulled her into a short and sweet but mind blowing kiss.
"Neji."
"Hn."
"I love you too."
END FLASHBACK
He looked at the child and smiled. Put her in the crib and muttered I love you before turning off the lights.
