Here's a new story from me. Not sure if it should stay as a one shot or continued? No Ray or EJ, they may be mentioned though. Not sure what to make of this. As always, reviews are appreciated.

Tony hesitates for a second as he waits to knock on Gibbs' front door.
How can he tell this to Gibbs? Gibbs didn't accept the fact that Tony was dating EJ, at the time. Well maybe because Gibbs didn't trust EJ. This is a whole different story, Ziva's different. She has been Tony's partner for 6 years. Ziva is a part of the team. Would Gibbs approve of this? Would Gibbs let them be happy for once, with one another? His thoughts are ignored as he knocks twice on the silver haired mans door.
Tony waits and waits for a minute. Then he hears foot steps coming towards the closed door.
Jethro opens the door and gives Tony a look.
"Why are you here, we're not working...?" Jethro asks.
"Uhm." Tony clears his voice. "Uh, I need to talk to ya about something." Tony says nervously.
Jethro sighs, "Come on in."
They walk in and Jethro sits down on the couch as Tony is still standing.
"What is it?" Jethro asks with a straight face.
Tony hesitates. "Um, I'm not sure how to tell you this." Tony says seriously.
"How long?" Jethro asks, sure of what he's asking.
"What do you mean how long, boss?" Tony asks looking down at him.
Jethro stands up on his feet as if he's gonna shoot someone, and goes up into Tony's face.
"You know damn well what I'm meaning. How long have you and David been dating, DiNozzo?" Jethro asks with anger.
Tony rubs his chin with his right hand, and hesitates before his answer.
"A month." Tony slightly whispers. Tony looks down at his feet in shame of not telling his boss sooner.
Jethro backs away and sits back down on the couch.
"Why didn't you tell me sooner?" Jethro asks.
"What do you think, boss? Like really? Rule 12, duh. I knew I was going to have to tell you and get in trouble with you but I wanted to do that later!" Tony yells angry.
"You were gonna get crap from me no matter what. Did you really think I wouldn't find out? I already knew, I know my agents and I knew something changed between the two of you. But, I did not do anything about it because I wanted to hear it from you. I trust you. I just had to wait for you to actually do it. I didn't know it would take you this long to come to me." Jethro says a little angry.
"Well, do you allow it?" Tony asks nervously.
"Of course not!" Jethro yells.
-"We can do what ever we want to do. We're our own person. You can't make us do what you want us to do. I love her, a lot. And you can't stop that!" Tony interrupts Jethro.
Jethro stands up and puts his hands on Tony's shoulders to calm him down.
Tony eventually calms down.
"You didn't let me finish. As I was saying, of course I don't want to allow it. But I'm going to. There may be a rule 12 but it doesn't need to go for all people. Do what you want, but keep it out of the office. And, as I say AND, Do not let it distract you from your work. If it does and I notice, you two are over. Understood?" Jethro continued what he was saying earlier.
Tony is completely surprised at what his boss just told him.
Tony looks down at his feet then up at his boss, "Understood, boss." Tony smiles.
Jethro smiles. "Good, now congrats and get out of my house."
Tony chuckles. Jethro starts walking away, tony walks up to him. Tony hugs him, "Thank's boss. And by the way, don't worry. I won't hurt her at all, promise. And I do keep promises." Tony says as he is done hugging Jethro.
"You better, now tell Ziva I said hi and congrats. Please leave." Jethro slaps Tony on the back of his head.
Tony gives him a look, "What was that for?"
"For breaking rule 12. You'll get another if you don't leave in 5 seconds." Jethro says with a chuckle.
Tony runs out the door.
