A/N: As requested by VampireRen, Dark Link/Link, "suffering". I don't know LoZ very much though I own a couple of the mangas.
Link leaned against him, clutching the shadows as he shook him. Wake up, you idiot, wake up.
Why wasn't he reacting?
He wasn't moving, either, his breath so shallow that it was almost none-existant.
Why was this happening? This couldn't be happening, please say it was just a bad dream.
He felt something cold drip onto his leg as he moved his doppleganger's head into his lap, and he looked down. He couldn't see what it was, because the copies shadow was hiding it from sight. This had Link to brush his fingers over whatever it was. Briging it up to look, he saw that it was black. As black as the shadows clothes, if not darker.
What's... this...? he wondered to himself.
"Ow!" He rubbed his fingers against the ground in an afterimage of fury.
Hurts, hurts.. What the!
He harshly scratched his leg where the black substance had landed. If this was Dark's blood, it ure hurt like hell, burning. He could feel flesh against his fingertips and realized that the blood burned a hole in his pants.
That was also when he noticed that Dark's breath had grown fainter, so shallow. Link once more panicked, what should he do! He didn't want his shadow to die just like this!
Now the Shadow was trickling from skin, slothes, hair, everything. Dark Link was evaporation, and Link could do nothing about it, could he?
"What good does it do being a hero if I can't even save the one I wanna save the most?"
