Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter.

The challenge was to do a drabble in the multiples of 100 in which we were supposed to write about colors. This is exactly 200 words.

Blue is the constant and favorite color in the rainbow, the loyal dependable color that everyone always loves.

Black is authoritative and powerful summoning fear or strength in one blow.

Blue is safety.

Black is change and dangerous to say the least.

Blue is like Godric Gryffindor, Albus Dumbledore, and Harry Potter.

There is always a blue for every generation, just as there is a black for every generation. The blacks aren't as obvious as the blues but are always rememberful.

After all, don't you remember Salazar Slytherin, Gellert Grindlewald, or Lord Voldemort?

Blues and blacks are always on the opposite spectrum from each other but they always are there, the constants of the colors, the most rememberful and enlightening colors, the colors that reflect mankind's existence. They may change faces but they are always there.

Filling you with security or fear even if it is your favorite color or most hated color. Blue is reliable and loyal just like how you want your heroes to be when you need them to save you from the villains that personify black, that change things for the worse because they are powerful, dangerous, and evil. They are the dynamics of this equation.

R and R!
