Chapter One: Before Time
A/N: Title prone to change. This is just going to be little one-shots (for the most part) based off of general writing prompts that I find on the internet or that are recommended to me. There is absolutely no schedule for this, like all of my other stories, it's just when I feel like writing. The first chapter is nothing important right now, but might help develop something later. Enjoy!
Once, before Dust and aura, there was a time when Grimm and man were friends.
Men had simple minds, not seeking power, content to live, survive, and love one another. To make friends. Then, a child by the name of Kiga was born. He was serious, his soul consumed with greed. When he reached the age of eighteen, he killed and consumed a beowolf. The other humans found out, exiling him. The Grimm, previously known as Koya, were enraged by his actions. A fight broke out between them. A year later, Kiga returned bearing the first mankind had ever seen of Dust. In order to harness the powers of Dust, they first mastered their aura. Guided by the great warrior Senshi, they won the war, building civilizations away from the beasts, forgetting their friendship, renaming them creatures of Grimm, and turning towards the light, when they had one been happy to live in the dark. Humankind's greed and huger grew, small percentages of kind hearts were the only ones who strived to make it better. There is no record of what happened to Koya.
