A/N: One-shot for Leon and Sora. Enjoy!

In the aftermath of Hollow Bastion's unsealed keyhole, Sora had retreated to Traverse Town with Kairi at his side. Needless to say, he was delighted to have his best friend with him, safe and sound again.
Then, Sora saw the disturbed look on Leon's face. He usually covered his feelings behind a cold, hard-set expression, but Sora noticed that as he explained what had happened before the final keyhole, Leon's brow furrowed, his eyes narrowed, and he frowned.
"Come with me, Sora," he said, and left the small house in the third district, disappearing into the second and making his way into the underground waterway. Sora followed, keeping a distance to avoid Leon's unnerving stare and making sure to watch out for any Heartless. Surprising enough, not a single one appeared.
When they had reached the small stretch of weathered stone in the corner of the waterway, Leon stopped and turned to face him.
"Hollow Bastion is my home, Sora," he said quietly.
And Sora understood what he meant; Leon was blaming him for the eventual destruction of his lost home.
"I-I didn't mean to—to do that…" he stammered.
"I know you didn't," said Leon, and his dark eyes fell upon Sora. "It wasn't your fault. You wanted to release Kairi's heart, but you didn't know the side-effects. I'm not blaming you."
He took a step forward and clasped his hand around Sora's. "I'm thanking you. For so many years, I had the slightest feeling that my home was still out there; the beauty and peace it emanated couldn't have been destroyed by the darkness so easily."
Sora felt himself turn red; Leon's hand was warm, despite the chilly waterway. His stare suddenly felt welcoming and kind. He laughed nervously; this wasn't a side of Leon that he had ever seen. "You're uh… welcome?"
"Sora," said Leon, pulling him close. "I know why Hollow Bastion survived now." He leaned down and wrapped his other arm around Sora's waist. "Because it still hoped that one day, the master of the Keyblade—you—would liberate it."
Time seemed to freeze for a single moment as Leon pressed his lips against Sora's. A flood of emotions—sorrow, joy, maturity, anger—all seemed to flow into Sora, and he feverishly kissed back.
Then Leon pulled away, and he looked absolutely beautiful in the cold light around him.

A/N: Aw! I really like this one. I thought it was cute, and for some reason, Sora and Leon just seem to fit together quite nicely. I hope you guys liked it too, and please remember to review!
