Kai sat there across the room staring at the raven haired beauty, admiring every part of Ray. 'I can't keep my mind of him.' Kai thought as he continued to stare. "Kai?" Ray asked. "Mn?" Said in a dream-like state.
"Are you okay?" Ray asked. Kai nodded slowly. Ray looked at him for a while, 'He's absolutely beautiful.' Ray thought. They looked into each others eyes for a while. Then Ray reached forward and put a hand on Ray's arm.
They sat there completely still for a minute. Then Kai couldn't stand it anymore, he pulled Ray close and kissed him. Ray's eyes grew wide, but he was enjoying this. Ray opened his mouth, giving Kai access. Kai took that access and deepened the kiss.
When they pulled away for air, Ray was smiling. "I love you Kai Hiwatori." Kai smiled back, "I love you too Ray Kon."
"Ray. Ray!" Tyson shook Ray awake, "Come on! Get up, practice is in half an hour." Ray opened his eyes, "Only a dream." He muttered to himself. He got up with a heavy heart and took a shower.
"Where is Kai?" Ray asked. "He went to the beach." "Strange." Ray said, "Kai doesn't seem like someone who would go to the beach, even if we are on vacation." Tyson nodded in agreement.
Ray decided to go to the beach, for obvious reasons. He said Kai sitting in the sand looking out into the ocean. Ray sat down beside him, "What's up?" Kai just grunted. Ray paused and sighed, Kai never talked.
"Why are you out here?" Ray asked. Kai just grunted. Ray sighed, 'I'll never get through to him.' Then something surprising happened. "I came here because it's peaceful." Kai said. Ray was a little surprised, "Peaceful?"
"Away from all the constant fighting." Kai explained. "Oh." Ray said. Kai nodded. "You never talk much." Ray said. "Because I don't like to show my feelings." Ray smiled at him.
"What are you smiling at?" Kai asked. Ray leaned forward and kissed him, "You."
