Angelcakes
Anna slammed Meg up against the wall, her head hitting the rough brick with a thunk as the angel's forearm came to press against the demon's neck. Meg didn't even flinch, her lips curling into a smirk as a soft laugh trembled through her chest but got caught in her restricted throat. Anna's face pulled into a sneer, her eyes narrowing.
"What's so funny? I'm going to kill you right. Don't you understand, demon? You're trash… Useless… I will end your meaningless existence." Anna hissed through clenched teeth, her shoulders rigid and her knees locked as she held Meg in place, not giving her an inch of wiggle room.
"I… Don't think so… angelcakes… I think you'll let me go… You like this chase too much…" Meg taunted, her eyes sparkling with mischief as Anna's anger faltered slightly and her eyes flashed with something akin to fear. In an instant it was gone. Meg pushed her knee forward, sliding her thigh between Anna's legs. "C'mon… Admit it… You wanna.. drown… in that… love that dare not speak it's name…"
Meg could feel Anna's heat through the layers of their jeans, and it sent shivers of excitement through her whole frame. She laughed again, as Anna's arm lost it's rigidity against her, and she could breathe more freely. Anna bit the side of her tongue and Meg took advantage of the moment of weakness, struggling free and throwing her back, leaving the angel sprawled on her back on the broken concrete of the alley. Meg was on top of her in a flash, straddling the woman's hips, and grabbing her up by the lapels of her jacket, their noses nearly touching.
"Where's all that confidence gone, angelcakes? You really like bein' thrown around by a demon…?" Meg teased, her voice smooth, high, and playfully aloof. Anna growled and gave Meg a hard shove, propelling her through the air and into the brick wall once more, the force of the slam causing the wall to crack and fissure all around her right before she fell to the ground, coughing and sputtering. Blood came pouring out of her mouth and she couldn't move. Her spine was broken and she had to take a moment to try and collect herself before she'd be able to get up. Anna's shoes were suddenly in her line of vision where she lay as a crumpled mess on the ground. Anna stooped down to grab Meg by the chin and turned her head so that their eyes could meet.
"Don't call me angelcakes…" she said quietly, her voice harsh as she leaned in closer. "And don't underestimate me…"
And then, as Meg thought briefly, 'This must be the end then…' she was taken aback, briefly, as Anna's lips were on her parted ones, the angel's tongue invading her mouth, tasting her blood, and enjoying the suffering. Meg gave a forlorn moan into the kiss, her eyes slipping shut just long enough for her to miss Anna's disappearance on the flutter of her wings. Meg coughed again and smiled almost wickedly as she gained enough strength to get up.
"Until next time then… angelcakes…"
