Summary
Ben and Uma are in love, and now they have returned to the Isle to gather an army of children of villains. Mal gathers her own army in preparation of Uma's attack. But a new love blossoms and old loves grow, and with a war on the horizon, Mal discovers things about herself she never knew about before. Along with Evie, Carlos, Jay, and Harry Hook, Mal fights to get Ben back after she realizes a very crucial fact about this supposed love between the King of Auradon and the daughter of Ursula. Will Mal be able to put her feelings aside and save all of Auradon before it is too late?
Prologue
"I wish I had time to explain," Ben murmured to Mal, and at the exact same time, Uma strolled down the stairs wearing a beautiful gown while her blue hair was put back in a bun. "Something happened between Uma and I on the Isle," Ben announced, taking Uma's hand and kissing it. As the daughter of Ursula set her hand back down at her side, Mal spotted Ben's ring on her finger.
"It was love!" Uma cried out, gazing deeply into Ben's eyes as they began to dance by swaying slowly back and forth to the soft music the band was playing. Mal stepped back in shock, her hands hanging limply at her side in disbelief.
"C'mon, Mal, let's blow this popsicle stand," Evie snapped, grabbing Mal's hand and pulling her along behind her. Belle reached out and grabbed Mal's hand, but the young girl yanked away from the former queen's grasp and trailed along behind Evie in defeat. They reached the limo that had brought them here and climbed in. "Back to Auradon Prep, please," Evie announced, and the driver nodded and took off through the night.

Sorry the prologue is short, guys! It just had to get the idea across that Ben is with Uma and that Mal doesn't try to fight back. I'll be back later today or tomorrow with a super long Chapter One!
