Title: Skydiving When it Ends.

A/N: Was going to be part of another story, but I loved this piece and made it something entirely different. Please enjoy.

"It's beautiful isn't? This is one of the most quietly poignant and piercing pieces I've ever heard. Imminent yet elusive, realized yet fettered, it impresses the type of love one can scarcely hope for yet one can't scarcely help but believe in."

"It's is," I say to him at a lost for words. I glanced down at the orchestra playing. I turn to look at the young gentlemen next to me. That's all I say, I don't say anything else. I give him a smile and continue to listen to the music. I feel his hand on my shoulder, and even though I just barely met him, I let him. I don't look at him and I just pretend I didn't notice. I watch from the corner of my eye, a smile graces his lips. He leans into me and whispers.

" mesmerizing and achingly beautiful," he whispers. I feel his hot breath against my neck, my heart races, his voice gives me chills and sends a tingling sensation all down my spine. I don't say anything at all though; I stand there trying to listen to the music from the orchestra playing down below, but all I can hear is the words over and over again.

Its hot and I feel slightly dizzy, I take my beautiful deep purple gown and grab the sides so I wont fall and I run down from the room, down the long stair case, with purple material trailing behind me.

I reach the doors and run out side.

Its cold and wet, the water is crashing down hard, but I don't care because for some reason I had felt my emotion take over which has never happen. My emotions are always in check; they never take over

I felt water stop hitting my face I look up to only see dark black and only the sound of rain crashing onto it. I turn to see who was holding the object.

His beautiful eyes look into mine, he grabs my hand and puts my clutch in my small hand -I must have left it behind,- and my jacket. He then hands me the umbrella and walks away without a word.

I look at him walking further towards the door.

I'm cold and freezing and the only words I can get out is….

"I'm….I'm Brooke Davis" I say out loud over the rain, my body shakes from the cold.

He doesn't turn around, he doesn't look back, and he walks further towards the door.

He stops once he has it open and says to me but his back still turned towards me.

"I know," he doesn't say it loud just enough where I can hear him, and he continues inside.

I remove the umbrella not caring I was getting wet looking at the dark night sky and water cascading down.

"I know! That's all you have to say," I yell to myself. A smile comes alive and a laugh escapes. I smile at the magical moment I had just become apart of and walk towards the street and hale a cab.

When the cab pulls in I get in all soaking wet. I sit down ,tell the man my directions and look at the building I was once in. I see him standing at the door with a smile on his face.

I look at him and all I see is this dark, mysterious, handsome, loving, poetic man looking back at me.

Soon I drive away only wishing I see him again.
