"You tell me what this is all about Hayden." Kai seethed as she stared the other woman in the eyes. Her own slanted.
The blonde's head tilted to the right. "You all ready have figured it all out." She smiled. "You don't need me to conform anything for you."
"Is my cousin in danger?" Kai demanded.
"No." Hayden shook her head. "Look Kai; Eros may be evil … but they don't hurt anyone."
Kai's body stiffened.
"Okay so they hurt people … their hearts and their trusts. But they don't hurt anyone physically." Hayden sighed. "What do you want me to say here?"
"Nothing." Kai spat out. "Nothing. After all how can you say anything … feel anything … when you are not even human. When you don't know how to feel."
Hayden's eyes lowered.
"Don't even try to show human emotion. You are just a fucking machine after all." Kai seethed at the sight of the computer in front of her. "Fuck!" She shouted.
Hayden's eyes lifted to meet Kai's. "I'm sorry that you had to find out the truth Kai. I'm sorry that you, and Nadia had to get hurt."
"How can you even say that? Is that what they programmed you to say whenever a human beings finds out the truth … when they confront you with the truth that they know that they had fallen for a machine … that they had fucked a machine …. that they given their hearts to a machine?!" Kai demanded her arms crossing her chest tightly.
"No." Hayden sighed. "How Steve dropped Nadia is how Eros handles it when things began to get tricky. Then we just leave the city that were in … and go to another city to find the perfect match." Her shoulders shrugged. "Damion is the first human whom honesty found one of us. Whom willing searched for us like a dog with a bone."
"Dipper?" Kai's heart hurt at the thought of the dog that Hayden had taken in.
"She's yours." Hayden nodded. "When I left I wasn't going to abandon Dipper. I was going to leave her with you. I may be a machine … Eros may be all machine …. but they wouldn't let an animal that they have rescued to be abandon when it's time for us to move on …. we always make sure the animal is left with the human."
"At least there is that." Kai snarled.
"There is a way for you to forget about me. To forget Eros For Nadia to forget also. For you two to live a happy, and normal life … to just move on." Hayden right hand rose.
"No!" Kai seethed out. "I will not allow Eros to get their fucking hands on Nadia; or myself ever again."
"As you wish." Hayden nodded. "I'll leave then."
"You tell Eros that we will be coming after them. That we are going to tell the world the truth." Kai spoke to Hayden's back.
Hayden stopped. "You don't want to do that Kai." Her head turned over her right shoulder. "No good will it do to tell humans about Eros" Her head turned back around; and she walked away.
Kai felt dread in her soul as she realized that the world wasn't a safe place with Eros around. There had to be a way to rid Earth of Eros without destroying it.
