A/N: I don't know quite how much an expansion on the first chapter of Geeman's The Shoebox this is, but I hope she likes it. :)

She could vividly remember the exact day she first saw Sherlock Holmes. Walking down the hallway and she though to herself that she would never love another.
And then she got to know the man.
He's not good for you, she kept reminding herself, and yet every time she found herself relenting to his every whim. And she figured that this would just be the way of things.
Then Dr. Watson happened.
Here was a man that was kind. A real gentlemen, and someone who would stand up for her. Sherlock wasn't really worth it anyways.
"Would you like some coffee?" She squeaked out, hoping, even silently praying that he would say yes.
"Yes, thank you." He answered and her spirits soared. "Two sugars" And then plummeted back to earth, leaving her heart twitching like a bird hit a too clean window.
"Of cour-course." She muttered, her cheeks blooming into a shade of pink. The doctor may have been less crude, infinitely more polite, and handsome, but he certainly was just as obtuse.
A/N: Geeman I hope I did your wonderful drabble justice. :) Please review if you liked it! If you didn't like it, and you don't have anything constructive to say then do as Thumper would do and don't say anything at all.
