Author's Note: I've been dying to write a Race To Witch Mountain Story for so long. Then I read the Hunger Games and found out Alexander Ludwig was going to play Cato and I freaked out big time. So tada I've created this. I'll try to update as soon as I can but I hold no promises on when.

Disclaimer: I own nothing but if I did Alexander would have been practicing his scripts with me :)

A young girl aged no more than fifteen ran down an empty street, sirens and loud voices rang after her as she ran faster from her pursuers. She dared to take a glance behind her, her glistening red hair swayed around her petrified face, her piercing brown eyes wide with fright. Her pursuers were getting closer and they showed no signs of being lead off her trail.

A building was slowly appearing before her and she felt safe but she wasn't safe yet. The gates that once had stopped any trespassers from passing though were ripped out of the ground and destroyed from left to right. The girl slipped through the gaps between the gates and threw herself at the metal door banging her fists on it begging for the people inside to open up.

A blast shattered the walls to the girl's right and she ran, hands over her head, towards the next nearest door. The keypad that lay to the side of it blinked brightly at her as she furiously tapped in a series of numbers, the doors still didn't open. In her frustration she slammed her fist onto the keypad breaking it completely, the doors much to the girl's surprise opened and she rushed in.

A woman in her mid thirties was in a room that the young girl ran into, she was preparing something under a white sheet and as the girl ran in the room; the woman looked up and pulled the white sheet off.

The girl thrust her hand out towards a woman who looked almost like the spitting image of the young girl; the woman took the device and smiled at the girl.

"I have it but they are not that far behind me, they saw me and now they are…" An explosion interrupted the girl and all heads turned towards the walls which were shaking, the end of the girl's sentence did not need to be finished.

"Good, now go, into the ship, you know what you have to do right?" The woman asked quickly leading the young girl to a large, black ship, opening it up the young girl was ushered into it by the woman.

"I am to locate the device hidden on Earth, bring it back and make sure that I do not die in the process." The young girl said strapping herself into the ship and programming the ship for its destination.

"Be safe." The woman spoke.

Four figures, a family rushed into the room where the woman and girl current resided. They all had the same blonde hair and piercing blue eyes, the son aged around about fifteen the same age as they girl strapped to the ship stepped forward.

"They are coming, is it ready?"

"Yes it is ready." The woman spoke; the son spotted the young girl in the ship and cried out.

"You cannot possibly be sending her, it is too dangerous." His crystal blue eyes focused furiously on the older woman's simmering green eyes, the daughter about a year younger than himself with shimmering blonde hair just like the boy's put a hand on his shoulder in comfort.

"I will be alright Seth, I will see you soon." The girl in the ship unreassuringly smiled at him and slammed her hand down on the controls just as the walls around the building began to shake wildly, the ship took off and one voice echoed throughout the girl's ears as she took off, out of her planet's solar system.

"Roxanne." It echoed countless times inside the girl's head as she disappeared through a wormhole into a whole different universe.
