"Oh," she cried in her sleep. They were sharing a bed, which altogether wasn't too unusual considering they were on the same team, but something was different this time. You see, Carter had this annoying habit of talking in her sleep and it had always given Jack some things to make fun of over the years, but this was different. This was something he didn't want to know.
"Oh, God! I love you," he hated this. He shouldn't be hearing this. And even more so he shouldn't be this jealous of that lucky bastard. What was his name? Pete? He shouldn't want this dream to be about him. He really shouldn't.
"I love you..." she whispered again, he tried to block out the sound, his face contorting in disgust, here it comes, shes going to say his name, the name of the lucky son of a bitch she's given her heart to, "I love you...Jack."
