After carrying twins for nearly nine months, she was ready to pop any moment now.

As the rest of the SVU crew waited outside for any updates, they were startled by Casey's ear piercing scream.

Suddenly quietness reigned.

Minutes later John came out smiling and announced, "May I present to you, Melana and Roman Novak-Munch."
