I own nothing. A request from my sister.

You sat by the caged fireplace where a fire raged inside.

It gave you heat when the blanket around your shoulders seemingly failed to.

The mood was serene in that little log cabin, unlike the raging blizzard outside.

You felt so tired and so very cold until the scent of warm chocolate hit your nose.

That's when he, Reiji Kotobuki, walked in.

He had taken a little bit in the kitchen and here he was with two large steamy mugs in his hands.

"Something to warm you up, Kiddo." He said with his usual bright and handsome smile.

He sat himself down beside you at a comfortable distance and handed you one of the mugs.

You took it great fully by the handle and one hand to settle it. The heat was soothing.

You were about to take a big sip when he stopped you.

"Careful," He said "It's hot."

You nod at him and thank him once again.

You blew at the wet steam and watched it drift off.

This just made you so much sleepier.

You begin to feel yourself drift off. Your eyelids are too heavy to keep open.

But that's when you feel your body up against something warm and firm.

Once you feel the strong arm around you, you know it's Reiji who's holding you close.

"It's okay," He says to you "You can sleep."

And you do because somehow the air seemingly easier to breath, the fire is seemingly warmer and hot cocoa is seemingly sweeter when he is by your side.
