No one paid much attention to Henry Derglar. And no one ever had much reason too. Henry was very much a regular guy. Most likely even more regular than you. Something like that. Bear with me.

Interests included excelling at his 9 to 5 office job, watching the latest season of the office, taking his dogs on walks. He also would volunteer at the local library on occasion. And of course, he would go on to become the self proclaimed hero of insects everywhere.

This is the setting: a dark metropolis, maybe not the most dangerous place in America, but not the safest either. A young man is crossing a bridge. Henry happens to be crossing the bridge at the same time. He often crosses the bridge on his evening walks. Henry is very droll like that. Anyways, the young man, whose name is Timothy, just unluckily happens to be accosted by some rather thuggish looking individuals. They demand his wallet. The young man looks scared, shaking as he reaches for his wallet. Henry, who of course goes unnoticed, slinks by from the corner. As always, Henry, looks non garish in his green sweater, and green jeans. Ones wonders how such an individual could go unnoticed indeed. Henry warns the thugs of the dangers of their action. They don't hear him of course. So Henry says it again. The thugs take notice and circle around Henry. The young man, Timothy, flees. Henry knows there is no backing out now. He knows what to do now. Henry prepares to go into savage mode

He kicks one thug in the junk. Then of course, another. The third one punches him in the face. By the time Henry wakes up, his watch is gone, his wallet is gone, he is beat and broken. But it is already too late. The young man tells his friends of the encounter. Henry, sore, beaten, and bruised, swears revenge on the thugs. This middle aged man, of no real ambition, or purpose, has a sudden change in his life. He will face the thugs again, and legend will be born.

This is the first part.
