It was another day at Hillridge High School. Another day that Gordo
and Lizzie would sit with their friend Andie. Miranda had moved back to
Mexico in the 9th grade. Gordo and Lizzie had missed her deeply but they
thought you lose friend and you gain friends. It was a Friday. Oh Friday,
the 13. Lizzie and Gordo didn't believe it that kinda stuff until that
afternoon. The morning had gone good and half of the afternoon had gone
okay until the bus came. They where sitting in the same seat on the bus
and the bus driver was looking at them smiling. This would be a good time
to tell you that the bus driver was Gordo's father wouldn't it? I know
what you are thinking, I thought Gordo's father was a paster. Oh he is or
well he was until the 10th grade. Andie was sitting in the seat behind
them and they would look back ever so often to talk back and forth.
When the bus pulled up in front of the McGuire household, the three friends got off and they walked into the house. They ran upstairs to Lizzie's room which was bigger cause her mom and dad had changed rooms with her. "Umm... you guys can sit down if you want. Im going to go get us some sodas from the kitchen." Lizzie said as she turned around and ran out the room closing the door behind her and running down into the kitchen to open the fridge. She grab 3 sodas and looked at the mail for the day. A letter for her was in the stack so... she took it and ran back upstairs. She handed Andie and Gordo their sodas and sit at the desk turning on the lamp desk cause it was kind dark over in the cornor. She opened it and Andie and Gordo watched. She read the letter and scream.
Gordo heard her and ran to her in her cornor. "What's wrong Lizzie?" Gordo asked followed by another voice. "Yeah, whats wrong?" Andie asked seeming kinda scared. "It's a letter from the school for my English test! It's Friday the 13th and it's a bad day. I flunked my English test." Lizzie said looking at Gordo, Andie, and then back to her paper. She threw it down and said, "Now, I'll never graduarate." Lizzie said with a frown. Sure it was their 12th grade year and Lizzie had been thinking about college she hadn't studied a whole lot thinking that Andie, now being in the 11th grade, would be gone back to Texas like Miranda had moved back to Mexico. "Lizzie, it's just the 3rd week of school." Gordo said after a long moment of silence. "Yeah Lizzie, that's right, what Gordo said." Andie put her thought in along with Gordo.
Lizzie and Gordo was in the 12th grade. Their last year of high- school and Andie was in 11th. She would fell so lost next year Lizzie thought. Lizzie turned to Andie and said. "Me and Gordo are in our last year of High-school. You are in the 2nd year. We wont be together next year. It's a scary thougt." Lizzie thought. She went to sit on her bed, following was Gordo. Andie stayed in her spot. "Lizzie, we just live next door to you." he said. Lizzie looked down and back at Andie and then to Gordo. "I know but.... I will be going to live on Campus." Lizzie said as she standed up and crossed her arms. Andie went to her and put he arm around her neck and hugged her a little. "Don't worry about me Lizzie, I will be okay. So what if you will be living on campus, we have the weekends." Andie pointed out. Lizzie thought and said, "You are right! But Gordo and I wont be going to the same school." Gordo went to Lizzie and pointed out. "Don't you mean Gordo and I?" he asked kinda scared of what Lizzie and Andie would say. Finally after a few seconds of Andie and Lizzie looking at each other, they both looked at Gordo and said "Not Helping Gordo!" and the 3 friends laughed.
