Secrets seeping way down deep,
Secrets that they must keep,
Secrets that haunt me in my sleep,
Secrets kept away from me.

How can I keep my sanity
While I keep invisibility?
Can I show my worth to thee
If I don't think I can?

So many think about their pain,
When they should think about the shame
That comes from secrets, like a cane
Or a knife, it's hard to stand.

So on comes the flow of tears
Fueled by my many fears
Of losing all our friendship cheers
Of losing years of trust.

Secrets seeping way down deep,
Secrets that they must keep,
Secrets that haunt me in my sleep,
All these secrets, die they must.
