This is an informational pamphlet given to on request the hosts of the Elder Devil species. (Please note that because of the recent integration of species in the human world, some of this information may not be entirely correct. The author does not claim any responsibility for those injured or killed by their exchange students as this pamphlet is NOT a survival guide.)

Disclaimer: The Succubus Manifesto is a short pamphlet used to help exchange hosts gain a general understanding of the Succubus species. There are in total 3 different versions of this pamphlet. One for the Lesser Devil, one for the Greater Devil, and one for the Elder Devil. This version covers the Elder Devil species. Please also note that this is not in fact and actual "manifesto" the Interspecies Exchange workers just wanted a snappy name.

Introduction

Not too much is known about this species due to the fact that they were regarded as legends up until recently with the Interspecies Exchange Act. As relations with the Succubus species continues, we also learn more and more about the species. It is my goal to try to explain various aspects of the species including physical traits as well as cultural traditions.

When someone says "succubus", they are most likely picturing an Elder Devil. Technically, the other species of Devil (Lesser and Greater) are also succubi, but not in the sense that is commonly known. The Lesser and Greater Devil species tend to focus their efforts more on pranks rather than enthralling the hearts and minds of men in order to feed on their souls. However, it is to be noted that Lesser Devils pull more pranks than all of the other Devil species and focus little on attracting men, while Greater Devils perform significantly less pranks than Lesser Devils and focus a lot more on enthralling men while still pulling some pranks. Lastly, Elder Devils focus nearly all of their time on enthralling men and feeding on their spirit energy and pull virtually no pranks at all.

Unlike common belief, Elder Devils are not the "mature" form of Lesser and Greater Devils. They are in fact a species of their own and with it comes their own traditions and personalities that greatly distinguish them from their other Devil counterparts.

Elder Devils are considered the most "powerful" of their species. They can live longer than either the Lesser or Greater Devils and have been noted to live up to 1000 years old. This is due mostly to the fact that they feed off of spirit energy(1) of men. By consuming the spirit energy and the soul of a man, they add numerous years to their lifespan and can continue to prowl the Earth for many centuries. They, like the other species of devil, are documented to possess the power hypnosis. This is mainly used to either assist with pranks, or charm male victims into mating with the succubus. Another note is that Succubi never have the appearance of aging. There will be more details regarding this topic within this pamphlet.

(1)Life or spirit energy is often considered the most potent form of energy, with a being's own soul being the greatest of the most ideal energies to absorb; however, only the most malicious entities will endeavour to absorb a being's soul for their own sustenance. Those that do, however, will often either absorb copious amounts of life energy from the host over an extended period of time until the soul/spirit beneath is exposed for them to absorb or they will induce the host into an increasing sexual state; during which the being's body will emit steadily increasing levels of life energy in preparation for mating. The output of life energy will continue up to orgasm; during which the host's life energy output explodes exponentially and their soul is exposed for the entity to absorb. If the soul is absorbed, the victim will instantly be killed.
